Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. Completely renovated with new furniture, air conditioning in every room, free WiFi and large terrace with lounge and dining area.
The apartment is with: Independent kitchen, Hall with 2 double sofa beds, Double bedroom, Bedroom with bunk bed, Bathroom, 1 large terrace with sea view and 1 Balcony with garden view
It is located directly on the Francavilla promenade, blue flag (title that is attributed to seaside resorts with the cleanest sea). The beach is of fine golden sand. Served very well by all services: bus stop near the house, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, lounge bars, discos nearby, train station 3 km away. Luna Park for children at 100 Mt in the summer. Ideal geographical context for a relaxing holiday by the sea. All the beaches are organized in elegant and well-equipped bathing establishments with restaurants specializing in fish cooking, umbrellas, sunbeds, and everything related to beach amenities. Tourist port with all amenities at 4 km, possibility of renting pleasure boats. Municipal swimming pool equipped with fitness room on the parallel road. A few kilometers from the splendid mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines, reachable in 30 minutes, which include the Majella and the Gran Sasso with peaks up to almost 3000 meters and enchanting landscapes. Numerous medieval and historical towns throughout the district.

Wonderful place to take breth and relax!

Ideal place for a family holidays with small children. Apartment is located in quiet part of Francavilla, everything what you need on your break is very neer, just short nice walk to main squar for great ice cream and amaizing pizza. Beach is just accross the street, from balcony you have nice see view. In September beach is completly empty like private, nice and clean. In september parking it's free so you can park on the quiet street just under your window. If you going in september don't need to worry about beach playing sets for children, everything is on the beach for free, and also you can find some staff in apartment, because it's fully equipment. Is completely refurnished, beds are very comfortable, kitchen you going to find all things you need for cooking and even wach machine is ther. All thigs are new, clean and nice looking. The best thing it's very big and nice tarrace when you can eat dinner and spend time in the evenig. Owners are very nice, helpful and flexible. Thank You. Summarizing: if we have possibility in futher we for sure come back there!

echt spitze!

Wir sind total begeistert und zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Alles nötige für den Urlaub war vorhanden! Wir haben ganz tolle 10 Tage da verbracht und wären im nachhinein gerne länger da geblieben! Der Strand gleich um die Ecke. Restaurants und Geschäfte auch in nächster nähe! Da wir nicht mit dem Auto angereist sind sondern mit dem Flugzeug, war uns das sehr wichtig! Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern! Da die Vermieter im selben Haus wohnen und mehrere Sprachen sprechen, ist es nur vom Vorteil!!! Sie waren sehr nett und freundlich! Vielen dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Excellent apartment! Nicely renovated, great balcony, right across the street is the beach

We had an excellent stay here, 10 days pure summer sun in June 17! The apartment is nicely decorated, very well renovated and equipped and perfectly clear! Owner speaks perfect English and German. Everything was well prepared any the entire process very uncomplicated. We can only recommend this apparent to 100%! No car needs, nice restaurants all around in the area. Supermarket and Lidl store at walking distance. We are looking forward to booking our next stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

This apartment is very clean, new, spacious, and comfortable. The large outside space is beautiful, and where we chose to spend most of our time, which has a view of the Adriatic Sea. The only problem we found was that the apartment offered very few amenities. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked. Not even a paper towel, a dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper! This may be ok for renters from within Italy looking to spend a week at the beach because you'd pack those things. But for a renter traveling through Italy from a foreign country this was not expected. To purchase paper products for a two day stay is not cost effective, especially because when you leave , you have to leave everything like this behind. We rented 4 other apartments on this vacation and all provided at least basic kitchen staples. In fact all provided all of the above, olive oil, coffee, espresso, dishwasher and clothes detergent, dish soap, hand soap. Some provided a welcome gift of wine or breakfast items. The host was friendly and was quick to respond to my request for two wine glasses, bringing two from his apartment, but why no wine glasses in an apartment large enough for 7 people in ITALY! However the biggest disappointment was that the entire front of the building was covered by scaffolding which obscured the sea view- the whole point of us renting this apartment! He did offer us a different apartment but it was smaller, with no sea view and much less desirable outdoor space. We decided to stick to our plan and took outdoor space with no view and workers arriving at 6:15 AM Saturday morning to work just outside our bedroom on the scaffolding. We completely understand that things happen and that the host probably could not help the fact that the work had to be done. What we didn't understand is that given the price of this apartment, we felt that we should have received notification as to the problem in advance, or if offered a lesser apartment , the rental price should have been adjusted since that apartment was listed at a lower price.

i spent my holidays in this apartment suit last september. The flat is very spacious, it has 3 rooms. The whole apartment suite is very neat, newly renovated,the interior is tasteful, cozy and neat. It has new furnitures, appliances. the living room is very spacious and it looks luxurious. the kids' room and the bedroom are also nicely furnished. The apartment also has a very big and beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. it has also the brand new furnitures, so you can spend your evenings enjoying the view of the sea. It is only few steps from the sea. I had wonderful holidays and i rested well. Everything is well suited for people's comfort. I give 5 stars for the apartments, this is definitely lux class apartments. Special thanks to the owners who really did their best for vacationers' serenity and comfort.

Fantastic panorama from the terrace

I spent a fantastic week in Pescara and Francavilla al Mare. I am really happy to book this freshly refurbished and superclean flat, because it made my holiday really perfect. The flat has a fantastic terrace with a view on the sea. Was amazing to start and end the day relaxing there. Really hope to come back again. This place is perfect to spend some days with your loved ones.

Really well recommended

Wonderful location with amazing views. Really well recommended holidays home! We are still holding most beautiful memories of fantastic sunsets on this small paradise on the Earth! Apartment was really comfortable and spotless clean. Also big thank you to lovely and friendly couple Lina and Giuseppe. You made our holidays even better! See you soon guys!

Absolutely fabolous

It's already second time we stayed at Lina's and Giuseppe 's apartments! This apartment is ONE OF THE BEST we have ever been to . Very spacious,very very clean and bright, everything new ! At the end of the day you can easily relax with a glass of wine and magnificent view to the sea from the terrace! We had truly wonderful stay. Not only is the apartment and surroundings were spectacular, but also the owners had been very helpful, cooperative and sweet. We are thankful for a wonderful holiday! We will surely come back next year to stay here for sure!
