Villa Elena is the result of a recent renovation. Located in the middle of spacious garden, with Swimming pool and tennis court,
of Villa Bietolini (owner-occupied), which shares for rent with Villa Augusto and Villa Rolando apartment.
Villa Elena includes 2 bedrooms, one, very large, with double bed and a desk corner and the other with two single beds.

There are also two bathrooms: one on the ground floor and the other at first floor,with large walk-in shower, both decorated with marble tiles.
Completing the villa a large and spacious living room and a kitchen (with dishwasher), both on the ground floor.

Remarkable floors, made by terracotta and Carrara marble, in Renaissance style and the monumental beautiful white marble fireplace.
Obviously Elena Villa is fully furnished with antiques and period paintings.

We offer also, on request, breakfast and Lunch or Dinner.

Linen are included and also a set of 2 bathroom towels and one poll towel per person.

Outside table and chairs and barbeque.
