Sleeping for 4 people: a room equipped with a bed in 140 and sofa "clic-clac" in the living room (quality bed). Independent WC room.
Bed linen is available on request at no extra cost.

Except for the classic equipment, the apartment offers a few extras: a picnic kit ready for pleasant evenings on the beach, the collection of the latest tourist brochures to enjoy your stay upon arrival, beach mats, landing nets , tray and oyster knife for lovers ...

The situation of the residence is ideal for a jump to the beach in the evening and enjoy the beautiful light of the setting sun, or very early in the morning, to see the sun rise on the sleeping harbor ... guaranteed pleasure!
Nearby, a few restaurants and good addresses, a bike rental service, and shops on the Place de l'Aiguillon.
Pedestrian promenade and bike path are from the nearby beach: you can cycle through the apartment, on one side to the charming little square of Aiguillon, the marina and the fishing port, the another towards the center of Arcachon and its main promenade, to the popular district of Moulleau, passing by the beautiful beach Pereire.

Arrival departure
Arrivals are on Saturday between 18 and 20h, departures on Saturday no later than 13h.
On arrival, you will find a small practical manual of the apartment and the necessary to start your stay: dressing kit, coffee, toilet paper.
A final cleaning is done after each stay, so that the accommodation is impeccable for the following visitors. However, I ask to leave the apartment clean at the time of departure: emptied bin (recycling bin in the premises on the ground floor), dishes made, clean toilets, a broom or vacuum cleaner.
