Located on one of the LARGEST RESIDENTIAL LOTS in all of Lake Havasu City, this former 'model home' has four bedrooms, three baths, a Game Room and is only 3 1/2 blocks from the London Bridge.
It currently has 4 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms, plus a game room.
We have recently remodeled the house by adding another bedroom and full bathroom with a beautiful shower, We have also added an outdoor shower.
The game room has a tournament pool table, 2 player indoor basketball, pac man and ms pac man arcade games, plus a large Samsung smart TV to watch all of your favorite shows and movies. The huge circular drive way, has plenty of parking for anything you can pull. This home has an incredible view of the lake. It is right across the street from Panda Express, KFC, Wienerschnitzel, Carl's JR and El Pollo Loco.
It's a NON smoking NON Party home and we would like our guests to keep it that way. We are continually making updates to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as ours.


Pool and hot tub, plus new outdoor shower, BBQ, gazebo, and patio will make your backyard get-togethers more enjoyable. A picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy the pictures. Please read the Guest Comments from past renters and feel free to call or text me.

Perfect location in Havasu

The location and size of the property were perfect for the weekend we had scheduled. Enough room inside for entire family and my pets. Instructions were left for everything except the televisions as far as getting connected to the internet, but really did not need the tvs due to everything else we did over the weekend. Loved that it was a short walk to the London Bridge and shops. Will definitely stay here again

The house was a great size for 14 people! At no point did we feel cramped or out of space. Little bit of a walk to the London Bridge, but great location and option with that many people. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again!

Not at all how described

When we arrived to the Vrbo, first there was vehicles out at end of driveway on a busy street that made very difficult to see and turn in Got into house and well let’s just say it’s a house probably hasn’t been renovated in last 30 years. Went to check out the pool and hot tub cause that’s where we spend a lot of time both were extremely dirty and not just from wind cool decking missing in several places dirt built up all over in hot tub and poolWe asked the owners through txt to clean it no reps ones till Day later that they would send someone but never saw anyone we cleaned it ourselves good enough to use. Overall ok place to sleep and wake up and leave again , I wish I would’ve done research and stayed somewhere else.

Amazing Lake Home

This was an amazing vacation home! It had all amenities. You literally only need to pack your clothes. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook or BBQ. It was a great location close to the marina and centrally located with stores, restaurants and gas stations on the same street. Will definitely be booking again!

Great time would stay again

Awesome house, we had 3 cars and 3 boats the long circular driveway was perfect and made getting in and out a breeze. Super close to tons of fast food our young adults loved being able to walk to food and the bars. The house had everything we needed, extra towels extra blankets extra fans. We grilled one night and hung out by the pool which was great, tons of seating for a large group. The game room was fun and helped to have the two living rooms for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was easy.

Great Location

We were three couples staying in Lake Havasu for the first time. There are several positive attributes about this property: excellent communication with the owner, a well-stocked kitchen, fun game room and good outdoor cooking options, including two grills. Sadly, there were many negatives: dirty bathrooms, including one with a frito and hair on the floor; dirty dishes and silverware in the drawers and cupboards; dusty and neglected backyard with no landscaping; tools, wheelbarrow, and other debris laying around; hot tub jets not working properly; untidy front porch area, and old outdoor furniture that was not as pictured. There was a general feel of neglect and lack of maintenance. Overall, this house has great potential, and is very spacious. We enjoyed the great location and beautiful sunsets.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay and had great communication with the owner. Only two blocks to the action😊Beautiful sunsets on the lake too. Only concern was traffic noise..we are country😊

Excellent location

We stayed at this property 2 years ago as well. Sadly the property hasn’t seen much love in the 2 year period. No working lights in master, difficulty closing patio door, towels etc not ready on our arrival. Not a bad experience - just disappointing lack of maintenance and care…

Great spot for a Lake Havasu vacation

Great location close to anything you might want/need during your stay. PLENTY of parking for all your vehicles/toys/boats/etc. Super easy communication with property owner.

Annual family trip

Truly enjoyed the home. It was well stocked, spacious and centrally located to all amenities. The gas barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We barbecue our entire stay, so a clean working grill is important. The pool was nice with plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. I would have given 5 stars in all categories except the front and back yard were not tidy. There was scaffolding, ladders and tools left in the back and side yard. Found that unattractive when enjoying the back yard. Overall it was a great experience!

Great stay

Perfect location and close to everything. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars plus boat. Fit all 14 of us with ease and plenty for our teenagers to do. Would book again and recommend to others.

Desert Storm boat show

We were in town for the Desert Storm boat show. The property location is great, close to London Bridge area, restaurants, grocery stores. We made a few meals and ate outside on patio by the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Our family came to Lake Havasu for a Christmas vacation. The house was in a great location, but upon our arrival we discovered that the hot tub was completely empty, and the pool was halfff full with trash and the pool vaccuum floating in it! I reached out to the host to inquire about the pool, but never got a response the entire 9 days we spent there! The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this particular house to begin wih, so the kids were extra disappointed. The internet didn't work the entire time either which was frustrating. The kicker for the entire thing is that the host charged us a $450 pet fee for our daughter's service dog! The host said that even though he is a service dog, they still charge the pet fee which we later found out is a direct violation of vrbo policy. I had to put in a complaint which vrbo was extremely helpful with, but wasn't something I wanted to have to deal with. I wish the owner would have just been responsive, honest, and forthcoming!

Spacious Home and Gorgeous Lake Views!

For us, the home’s top features were the Location, Gorgeous Lake Views, open floor plan, and plenty of space, and comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed the game room. All bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Backyard fully equipped with a Traeger grill, patio furniture, beautiful string lighting, and a modest sized 5ft deep pool plus hot tub. We had to message the owner only once about the hot tub bubbles not operating, and never got a response, but we figured it out. The home is nicely remodeled, and has charming interior decorations. The space was perfect for 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Our only recommendation would be for the owner to consider reviewing the “House Rules”, and “Required checkout instructions” posted for guests. The multiple signs reminding you, do this, and do that, or you will “Risk Losing Your Deposit.” Some of the rules contradicted each other, one sign stating, when you checkout “Turn off A/C”, while another stating, “Don’t Turn Off A/C” when you check out. The owner requires guests to wash dishes used, remove all trash bags from inside home and place them outside in trash bins, strip all beds, and place dirty towels/linen in the “laundry room”, which is a stackable washer and dryer in a small corner of one of the bathrooms - "Or You Will Risk Losing Your Deposit." We stayed 3 nights for a total of $1800, with a cleaning fee, pet fee, and host fee, it seems like these fees should have covered the costs of the owner to have regular professional cleaning upon checkout. And not rely on the guests. We also recommend a “watch your step” sign by the first bathroom door, when you enter the bathroom there's about a 2" drop. The carpet runners near the kitchen were a trip hazard. And we recommend to please add window coverings to provide better privacy to the front game room. It has multiple windows that face a busy street. But overall, there are more Pros than Cons, and the location and size of the home made it great. With the recommended changes, we are likely to return! Thanks!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We had a lot of family all meeting in Havasu for a memorial service, and this house was great. It slept a lot of people (2 double-bed-sized bunk beds in the bunk room!) and the kids were entertained by the pool and game room. The owner was accommodating and communicative.

Beautiful views

Beautiful home, location was perfectly located in the center of town. The inside of the house was nice, with the photos spot on. The pool smaller then photo, and in need of facelift. Overall my family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Spacious centrally located home

This home was a perfect fit for our 3 family reunion. It is a spacious 4 bedroom home that had 3 full bathrooms which allowed each family to have their own space. It also has many tables and chairs inside and outside of the home which allowed all of us to sit and enjoy our meals and drinks together. The owners also have taken time to make each room feels like home with their decorative appeal but have also added blackout curtains like hotels to allow us to sleep in. It is evident that they're also making essential upgrades to their home rental. The kitchen had all new appliances that made us feel comfortable to work in a clean and safe environment while cooking for our familia. One of the biggest bonus rooms was the game room. The kids and adults absolutely enjoyed the game tables. It has a washer and dryer. The outside area was also comfortable and inviting. The pool was a fair size and was clean. It also had several tables and chairs in different areas inbthe backyard which we found useful. The bbq grill and trigger grill were a fair size for grilling. This home was centrally located to all the essential shops, restaurants, supermarket, and most importantly Dunkin Donuts. Although it's on a busy street it was still quiet and separated from all the daily and nightly hustle and bustle. The view from the front of the home was good and it gives you an idea of how close it is to the lake recreation area. All in all it was a great experience and we hope we can return year after year.

Rental good as listed

The property was clean and roomy for our family of 8. We enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the spacious backyard. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Havasu area.

My friends and I have been visiting Lake Havasu since 1993 for the soul purpose of riding jet skis. After making countless trips from Los Angeles my family finally got curious enough to see what all the fuss was about. Shortly after i bought my first home while my father and I were remodeling it we came across this one. Wow!! What an incredible view, big home, pool, hot tub and on one of the largest residential lots in Lake Havasu City. I suggested we buy it, he agreed. Now there are two destinations that we have to choose from when heading to Lake Havasu (by now you have probably figured out that my whole family is gung-ho about vacationing there). Two more relatives partnered with me in the purchase of The Kings View Condo that is the 'best address in Lake Havasu'. My only hope is that you love Havasu as much as we do.
