Ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, our bright and airy two story home is situated in the rolling hills of Val d’Ambra in the Chianti area. A great base from which to explore Tuscany's beautiful towns - Siena and Arezzo within a half hour, Florence, Cortona and Perugia all within an hour's drive.
A home away from home nestled in the Tuscan countryside, with a bright and spacious combined living dining room and a large terrace with views of the rolling countryside. The home enjoys two private gardens, with roses, wild rosemary and lavender. Boasting a large, open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, large fridge, stove-top and a table that comfortably seats 8 people. The living room has a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV with SKY TV service . The sun terrace is ideal for spending lazy evenings outside or brunch in the sun around the large hand-painted Sicilian lava table.

Upstairs: open concept modern kitchen, living and dining room and sun terrace.
Downstairs: three main bedrooms; 1) a large master bedroom with a large glass desk and ensuite, 2) a spacious second bedroom with two twin beds (and a possibility of a 3rd pull out bed), 3) a third, cozy single bedroom with a lovely glass desk. Downstairs also includes a large bathroom, with a full size bath and a washing machine.

Our home and gardens are fully private and part of a gated community known as Vepri built on the foundations of an old Vin Santo Vinyard. Access to a large shared pool less than 50m from the home with deck chairs from mid-May to end of September.

Our home is part of a small community called Vepri located on an old Vin Santo vineyard. Nestled between the Val d’Oricia, Val di Chiana and Val d’Arno and located on the Strade del Vino, Terre di Arezzo, and within easy reach of Tuscany’s magical medieval towns of Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Assisi, Florence, Volterra, San Gimigiano, Montpulciano and Montalcino.

The vacation house is situated in open countryside among vines and olive groves - the quaint village of Ambra with shops is 1 km away.

Siena 25 minutes, Arezzo 30 minutes, Valdarno 15 minutes, Florence 50 minutes, Montepulciano 50 minutes, Piensa 50 minutes, Perugia 1 hour.

With 1 hour of Perugia airport, 2 hours from Pisa and Bologna airports and three hours from Rome or take the fast train from Rome and within 50 minutes you're in Arezzo and a 25 minute drive away.
