My husband first introduced me to Savannah in 2010. He had lived here previously, and because we both had lived overseas, knew that I would love the European feel of Savannah. It was the same reason he was drawn to it. We first came to enjoy the beautiful city, but we kept coming back because it fascinated us and we decided to start looking for a place to have as a vacation home. We saw many properties, but kept coming back to this one, and finally decided to purchase this home. We are based in NC and this was our type of place for many reasons. We love the haunting feeling of Savannah, the great food, the eclectic vibe that is here. It is a place that young and old can enjoy and by having a vacation home here, allows us to enjoy this as well. We want this place to be the same for you!

Great location for corporate rentals, SCAD students and business people needing a flexible lease for rental. We offer rentals with a minimum of 30 days. This is a quiet diverse neighborhood with privacy fence and separate entrances for our guests. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery stores. Most things in Savannah can be accessed by bike, walking or car. We offer a full kitchen, fast internet, all utilities included, and a private home for you to stay in while you are in Savannah.

This is a much more preferable home to stay in while on business or finishing up your schooling, rather than staying a dorm or a impersonal hotel. You will have all the privacy of a home with the ability to sit outside and enjoy your evening with your own backyard and patio. Safe, secure lodging without the hassle of a hotel living.
