Located on a plot of 1200 m2 and with the Arroyo Ytú running behind the house, Villa Evaristo is the ideal place to escape the noise of the city and spend a few days of dream.

The house has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as private bathroom en-suite (with shower); the second bedroom has two 90cm single beds and a ceiling fan. Outside is the second bathroom with shower.

In addition the house has a spacious living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, fan and wood stove for cold nights. The living room communicates with the independent and equipped kitchen and with the laundry room with automatic washing machine.

On the front the living room has windows overlooking the gardens and direct access to a wide corridor closed with glass (blindex) where the dining room that leads directly to the gardens and is surrounded by mature vineyards and beautiful plants and fruit trees. .

In the green gardens there is a pool of 40,000 liters, a shower for the pool, barbecue grill, a tool and firewood storage and direct access to the Ytú Stream that bathes the back of the property with its waters.
