Cesarica is a small village on the Adriatic coast, located within the Nature Park Velebit.On one side is the crystal clear sea and on the other Velebit -the largest Croatian mountain.Clash of these two contrasts-the sea and the mountain, gives to that part of the Croatia extreme quality climate and air which are ideal for people with respiratory problems.
Cesarica is destination for people who appreciate peace and quiet, clean and unpolluted air and extremely clear waters briefly for true lovers of nature in its virgin form.In July and August there are no many tourists and at any time of the day you can find a place on the beach.Estate and the beaches are more closed type and there mainly inhabited only owners and their guests.Just that is the reason that the equipment for the beach at the end of the day do not carry in their houses,than are left on the beach .Out of main season except for lovers of peace and untouched nature Cesarica increasingly discovering and active guests, motocross and mountain bikes drivers that twenty km from home have the possibility of driving around all day on the slopes of Velebit mountain, the kayak and a canoe lovers that reveal the magic of the many coves in the neighborhood, surfers who use almost daily afternoon westerly wind, hikers armed with maps in one ore two weeks pass almost whole Velebit.After all the lost energy and aching muscles only one swimming in the crystal clear waters and one night spending in this oasis of peace to this adrenaline-guests gives force for activities the next day.

HOUSE INFORMATION:
Our house is located in a dead-end street 200m from the sea. There is almost NO TRAFFIC on the street and children are playing badminton and football on it . Access to the beach is also safe with no traffic and children may go alone on it. Car access to the facility is enabled and free parking place is at the house! The house consists of four apartments for 2-6 persons, each with separate entrance and parking. The owners live in a separate part of the house and you as a guest decide how much contacts you will have with them. A4 apartment is on the first floor,consist of two bedrooms,bathroom,kitchen,living room and two big covered terraces.Apartment is fully furnished and have all equipment for your quality stay, have hot and cold water, a shower,washing machine, microwave, refrigerator,coffee brewer,kettle, SAT TV, two air conditioning and wireless internet.Bed linen and towels are provided Apartment has two big covered terrace (with its own garden furniture) where you can spend time enjoying on the fresh air. Besides the terraces at your disposal is the whole garden decorated as a beautiful park, within which there is an outdoor shower, barbecue, covered gazebo with table for dining or socializing more people, fountain, outdoor benches and swing for children or adults.

BEACHES
Distances to the beaches are 200-250 m.You can choose between the concrete beach ideal for swimmers and fishermen (there is a small natural pool for small children on the beach), stone beaches or the lovely pebbly beach in a beautiful bay near the house where your little children can swim or play with the stones all day. For guests who have a boat, we are able to offer a berth at the beach or in a sheltered harbor nearby.

For nature lovers, close by Cesarica (50-100 km) you can visit three national parks (NP Northern Velebit, NP Plitvice Lakes, NP Paklenica), Adrenalin Park 'Rizvan City', ranch 'Landen tree.' So if swimming, fishing, boating and water skiing is not enough for your daily activities ,nearby you can hiking, mountain biking, quad and jeep riding, horseback riding, rock or wall climbing, paintballing, archerying, kayaking and rafting. The day trips you can also spend in discovering the magic of larger and smaller coastal towns in the region (Zadar, Pag, Rab, Senj) or for younger fans -dancing and fun on the island of Pag on the famous Zrće beach (Croatia Ibiza) where many young people 24 hours a day can enjoy in dancing, cocktails and swimming.
