Missy's Get-a-Way (Lake Front Property in Warsaw, Mo on Lake of the Ozarks)

Cozy house sits lakefront on a very calm cove on the 87 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks side. The cove is perfect for tubing with the little ones, riding your wave runners, or swimming or fishing from our private dock. You're welcome to bring your boat. The public boat launch is in Warsaw. House is on a blacktop road close and easy access to town.
We enjoy sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake, fishing off the dock, taking the paddle boat around the cove, going for a swim and maybe a boat ride. Best of all, it's a great place to relax!
The house is fully furnished. Gas grill on patio. Paddle boat you can use for a $30 fee. If you use the paddle boat, it will need to be strapped back on the dock. Just leave the money for using it on the kitchen counter.
Dates cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

If you're bringing a boat, please launch at Drake Harbor. Boat launch directions to Drake Harbor: Coming down 7 Hwy, Turn Right onto Main St. , Turn Right onto Seminary, Turn Left on Harrison, and then Right on Benton. You can park your boat trailer at the house.

Great place at the lake

Great location to have a great time at the lake. This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I'd stay again! First time for a quick family fishing trip and the second time a girls birthday weekend.

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the near future. It was very peaceful, and having the covered dock was a plus.

Perfect for a getaway

The house was close to the main channel and was very clean. Kitchen had lots of room and had everything provided so all you had to do was provide your personal products. Great place to stay! If ever back in the area would consider staying again!

Nice lakeside getaway

Nice tucked away house with everything we needed for a family fishing getaway. Check in was easy, communication was good, house was clean. We came early season (March) with a fishing boat so lake levels were a concern with getting to the house by water with the spring low lake levels but we were able to get there and use the dock...made early fishing easy being able to just hop on the boat and go. Good host, I'd stay with them again.

Everyone had a wonderful time!! Very nice place! Would definitely rent again!! Fishing was decent even though was really windy for kayaks. The dock area was great! A great overall experience! Definitely a 6 out of 5 stars!

Great Stay!

Beautiful property for my families weekend getaway. Lovely house with plenty of sleeping room and a dock right off the water we swam in all day! The house was clean and the check-in/out process was very easy. Lynette and Mike were very easy to get a hold of for any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend this lovely home :)

Sweet Place

Very cute house. Clean and cozy. Location is great. Enjoyed time on lake. Walk to Lake a bit difficult for a senior or someone handicapped. But overall a great place.

So glad you enjoyed your visit! It is 16 steps down to the dock after you cross the backyard. I always say to stop and enjoy the lake view after going up the steps before walking on to the house! That makes it a little easier! Lol. Hope you all can visit again in the future!

Week long stay

My family and I had a great time. This was exactly what we were looking for. A nice quiet cove for the kids to swim in. My husband fished and enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake. I grew up spending many weekends and vacations around this beautiful cove just off the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. My grandparents and parents built a house across the cove back in the 50's. My husband and I bought this property in 2006 and enjoy it with our children.

This property is a perfect location as it is on a blacktop road, just a few miles from Walmart and restaurants. The dock always has good level of water under it and is great for fishing and swimming.
