The rural house La Suerte is located in the heart of the Agaete Valley, just 4 kilometers away from Puerto de Las Nieves and the beach of the coastal town. When seated on the private balcony you will have magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Mount Teide and the protected natural area of “Berrazales”.

Our accommodation has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 5 people distributed in the 400 m² that the property owns. The master bedroom with double bed has a separate living room and a private terrace with an outdoor shower.



It has different outdoor spaces such as two large terraces and a balcony both of them equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the barbecue and a space enabled as an outdoor area for the dining times. We highlight our sauna with capacity for 5 people.

The kitchen is independent and electric. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The Municipality of Agaete is one of the most spectacular municipalities of the Island with plenty of interesting places to visit. For the hiking lovers we find many real roads in the “Barranco de los Berrazales” and in the Tamadaba Natural Park. At only 3 kilometers from the property we find the possibility of visiting “Huerto de las Flores” a tropical botanical garden that offers a large collection of exotic plants. For lovers of the sea a mandatory stop would be Las Salinas, the well-known natural-sea pools ideal for spending a family day. There are located 4 kilometers away from the accommodation. At last, for the most culinary type of guests they will be able to enjoy the authentic gastronomic offer where the quality of the material is appreciated in each bite, we highlight the local cheeses and the fresh fish.

In other words, Agaete is a haven of peace and tranquility; enjoy your holiday and feel at home in our accommodation.

Another great stay!

We love this property! Second time we’ve stayed there and would definitely go back again. Great space and fabulous views from the balconies. A bonus that it had new showers this time! The location may not be ideal for everyone but fine with a car. Highly recommend.

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in toller Lage. Man sieht auf den Terrassen sitzend das Meer, den Teide auf Teneriffa (höchster Berg Spaniens) und das Agaete-Tal. Traumhaft! Aber: Das Mobiliar ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, aber tolerierbar. Die Wasserversorgung des Hauses ist nicht stabil. Der Wasserdruck ist niedrig. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht. Wir haben am 12. Tag den Aufenthalt nach 2 Tagen ohne Wasser abgebrochen (keine Toilettenspülung, keine Duschmöglichkeit, ...). Bis dahin waren wir mit dem Haus zufrieden.

die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge war wundervoll. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit draußen auf der Terrasse gebracht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt. Alles war sauber und die Bäder sehr geräumig. Perfekt für 3 bis 5 Personen. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, da es ruhig war und außerhalb des Trubels. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub machen. Leider waren einige Terrassenmöbel schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Liegen waren kaputt, sodass man nicht gut darauf verweilen konnte. Die Türen und Balkontüren müssten alle mal neu eingestellt werden, diese waren verzogen und haben geschliffen. In der Küche und im Bad im Erdgeschoss müsste die Beschaffenheit der Wände geprüft werden. Offenbar gab es hier einen Wasserschaden. Der Putz und die Tapete bröckelt ab, das sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Absolutely brilliant location and scenery, accommodation was very big and well equipped, minor downside neighbours could be heard moving furniture around occasionally, some of the electrical items didn’t all work (TV upstairs in main bedroom), decor could do with a tidy up in places, all in all very good stay though.

Das Haus könnte schön sein, wenn sich jemand darum kümmern würde!

Das Haus war innen sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig, die Außenanlage verwahrlost, die Sauna und der Grill in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Insgesamt war das Haus trotz schöner Aussicht wenig einladend, so dass wir einen Tag früher als geplant abgefahren sind.

We found this place to have tremendous value in terms of location, price, space, etc. Agaete is a few minute drive, and there is a fantastic hiking path in the mountain the balcony overlooks. Check in was easy, and the neighborhood is small and quiet. There is also a restaurant (Lolos) at the bottom of the hill. Would recommend renting a car on the island.

Ein herrliches sehr grosszügig geschnittenes Haus in Hanglage und einem fantastischen Ausblick auf Gebirge und Meer. Dieses Haus hat viel Platz und und 3 Terrassen mit Balkon. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten uns herrlich entspannen und es war ein perfekter Start für unsere Ausflüge. Fußläufig ist auch ein nettes Lokal erreichbar. Und der Ort Agaete ist noch nicht touristisch überlaufen. Also genau unser Geschmack. Die ein oder andere Haushaltsware haben wir gekauft und einfach in der Küche zur weiteren Benutzung gelassen. So z. B. Dosenöffner, Grillbesteck, Korkenzieher. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend designed. Die Nähe zur Fähre nach Teneriffa, die leckeren Fischlokale in Agaete, die perfekte Verkehrsanbindung sowohl nach Las Palmas als auch für den gesamten Rest der Insel machen die Lage dieser Doppelhaushälfte besonders attraktiv. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist gar kein Problem. Wilde Hund und die krähenden Hähne früh morgens gehören einfach dazu, das muss man wissen. Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Riesiges luxeriöses Ferienhaus in super Lage mit Mängeln

Es handelt sich um ein sehr großzügig geschnittenes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage. Von den beiden Terrassen und dem Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Panoramablick über das Agaete-Tal. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit asiatischen Möbeln ausgestattet und hat eine luxeriöse Grundausstattung (zwei Bäder, ein WC extra, 4 Klimaanlagen, 3 TVs, Kochinsel). Soweit eine perfekte Unterkunft, wenn es nicht eine Reihe von Ärgernissen und Mängeln gäbe, die in Summe nicht mehr ignoriert werden können: beim Einchecken muß eine hochauflösende Ausweiskopie online versendet werden, was nicht ganz unbedenklich ist. Die Bezahlung kann nicht über FeWo-direkt vorgenommen werden, sondern nur über die Agentur. Einer der erhaltenen Schlüssel war defekt. Das genannte Login/Passwort für das WLAN war falsch. Es gab keine Info-Mappe mit hilfreichen Hinweisen, wie sie sonst oftmals anzutreffen ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung mitunter schleppend. Wichtige Basics in der Ausstattung sind nicht vorhanden (Kochlöffel, Schneebesen, Brotmesser, Handtuchhalter, Ablagen in den Duschen). Die Hygiene in der Küche könnte besser sein (modrige riechende Küchenschränke und Abstellkammer, Ameiseninvasion, Küchenarbeitsplatzleuchte mit hunderten toten Insekten hinter dem Glas, kein Fliesenspiegel im Kochbereich deshalb dort dreckige Tapete). Die Außenbereiche sind schlecht gepflegt (Pflanzen in den Kübeln vertrocknet, verdreckter Grill, Abfluß Außendusche verstopft, Balkonbeleuchtung geht nicht, Sitzauflagen fleckig). Die Elektrik im Haus ist speziell (Schalter ohne erkennbare Funktion, mehrere Lampen funktionieren nicht, mehrere Steckdosen mit Wackelkontakt). Des weiteren gibt es noch weitere Dinge die verwundern (z.B. verschlissener Bodenbelag blockiert die Schiebetüren des Kleiderschranks, haben Wäsche vom Vorgänger in einer Kommode gefunden). Es ist klar, dass man in praktisch jeder Ferienwohnung derartige Mängel antrifft. In dieser Vielzahl war es aber doch etwas Neues für uns. Wir haben sie teilweise versucht selbst zu beheben oder zu ignorieren. Wer damit leben kann, kann hier einen super Urlaub machen.

Excellent. Logement au calme avec une superbe vue. Bien équipé. Le loueur est prévenant et à l'écoute. À recommander dans une partie de Gran Canaria à l'abri du tourisme de masse.

Great terrace and well-furnished, pleasant house

Perfect house to stay at for self-caterers! The house is located a few minutes in the valley above Agaete, right before San Pedro. The house is very big, accomodates 5 people easily, and the terrace overlooking the valley is absolutely amazing for relaxing, meals, having a drink... the house is well equipped with dishes and spices (bring ground coffeeDolceGusto). Very enjoyable big bathrooms and even a sauna that we sadly didn&#39t try. Las Palmas is about 40 minutes by the nearby highway, and you are near the starting point of many enjoyable hikes in the Valley. It&#39s a bit further from the South but it&#39s a choice to make. Would definitely come back with friendsfamily to share this house. Easy parking in the street and a great restaurant (Casa Lolo) to get takeaway from and eat on the terrace.

Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, perfekt gelegen, ruhig, gut sortiert - für uns war es einfach wunderbar. Was man wissen sollte (wertungsfrei, nur zur Info): - Im Agaete-Tal gibt es Hähne, ab 4 Uhr morgens muss man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer schließen, es wird laut. - Die TV-Geräte bieten nur lokale Programme und das WLAN reicht nicht wirklich für Video-Konsum. Optimal zum Runterkommen, aber wer darauf wertlegt und kein spanisches Programm will sollte das wissen. - Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Hiperdino-Supermarkt am Ortseingang von Gáldar hat eine Super Fischabteilung. Das sollte man ausnutzen! - Wer gerne wandert: Die Startpunkte der Touren aus dem Rother-Wanderführer sind teilweise nur wenige Kilometer Luftlinie entfernt, die Insel ist klein, aber die Fahrt kann lang werden! Serpentinen und enge Straßen wie auf den Kanaren üblich halt... - Wer keinen Mietwagen buchen möchte sollte hier nicht wohnen, außer er möchte immer Taxi fahren. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind zwei Restaurants und der öffentliche Bus fährt nur alle vier Stunden. Mit Auto ist das Haus aber super zu erreichen. Also wie gesagt, eine super Unterkunft, unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
