Great place to chill in Pernera

Great comms. from La Mer from start to finish. Very nice villa & pool. A few minutes walk from Pernera restaurants/bars & within a short stroll of a number of nice smaller beaches (Sirena & Kalamies). And Protaras close by too. Plus Ayia Napa within reach by bus. Would recommend as a base.

Lovely villa in a great spot

La mer homes are fabulous at communicating and helpfulness. The villa is spacious and well located. Pool is a good size and the villa is well equipped. Tv options are great. Villa is looking a bit tired now and could do with a revamp. Pool has broken bits round the edges which you need to be careful on and the patio furniture could do with being cleaned if not replaced. A sweeper (not a brush) would be handy too as for long stays it’s difficult to keep clean with no weekly cleaners coming in.

Dear Anne-Marie, Thank you very much for your kind words and for highlighting our communication and helpfulness — we truly appreciate it. We’re glad you enjoyed the villa’s spaciousness, location, and amenities. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the villa’s condition. Please be assured that we continuously work with our maintenance and cleaning teams to address these matters. Your comments about the pool edges, patio furniture, and cleaning needs have been forwarded to the relevant departments for immediate attention. Additionally, please note that if you had requested a mid-stay cleaning during your stay, we would have been happy to arrange it for you to ensure your comfort throughout your visit. We understand how important comfort and upkeep are, especially for longer stays, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ experience. Thank you again for your valuable input. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Warm regards, The L.A Mer Homes Team - EL.

Excellent villa and service

Very clean and modern villa good location for pernera strip but quite a walk for the protaras strip. Pool was cold as the sun is only on the garden in the morning you have to keep moving sunbed around to catch any sun. Bed was lovely and comfy and nice hot powerful shower. Phoned the office twice as we had an issue with our TV service was excellent they got someone out straight away and the guy was lovely. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine and everything you need. Would definitely use la mer homes again. A brochure telling you where bins are and how to get to certain places ie beach, protaras strip etc if you have never been there it would be handy to know which direction to head. Also instructions on how to use cooker etc. When the pool man is due. The outside sunlounger cushions could do with replacing.

Fantastic Vila

Well decorated and clean. Lovely pool. Great location - Kalamies Beach is beautiful but within easy reach of Protaras for the hustle and bustle. Will definitely return.

Very comfortable villa in a great location!

The villa was very comfortable, particularly the beds, with good furnishings. The pool was refreshing but doesn’t get much sun in the afternoon - not to worry there is probably the best beach in the med a 5 minute walk away (Kalmais). The villa is well located if you are happy to have a quieter holiday, good restaurants are walkable but you are quite far from the centre of Protaras - buses do run there but we found them a little difficult to work out timing. A car would be ideal but not essential. If you are happy to have a lazy holiday between a pool, beach and restaurant with Uber comfy beds this is the place for you!
