Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with Mont Blanc view

Merci pour vos commentaires, je vois que vous avez passé un bon séjour. Si vous m’aviez communiqué les désagréments durant votre séjour, j’aurai fait mon possible pour y remédier. Comme durant nos communications avant votre arrivée, je suis entièrement disponible spécialement si vous ne parlez que français. L’équipe qui travaille parle différentes langues pour pourvoir communiquer avec les plus de gens possible. Le fog pour le parking est disponible dès votre arrivée. Doubles vitrage et volets extérieur électriques sont présents pour atténuer au mieux le effet d’être au centre ville de Chamonix. Je suis désolé que le ménage a laissé à désirer, je vais faire en sorte que la plus grande attention soit faite (un message à votre arrivée aurait suffit pour tout rectifier)

Maud, suite á vos commentaires, j'ai installé des volets roulant electiques exterieur, ce qui permettra de reduire le bruit. Tout les couvert ont été remplacés. Cordialement Julien

Thanks for your comments. I am sorry that you had to wait in the cold for Alex to come. Guests details are passed on to Alex and Guests also get Alex contact details. In such event he can give the guest the entry code to make sure that nobody is in the cold. Alex, usually contact the guest on the day but it is not always possible when guest are flying in. The extra memory foam should add additional comfort; I take note of the issue with the bed. The TV is recent and has been checked. No fault was reported since. I will make sure that the shower curtain is properly clean. There is no seat to put boots on. Nobody had needed a seat until now, but I could add a folding stool in the locker if it helps but it will take valuable space in the locker . I can confirm that there is access to an underground parking and also that the parking spaces in front and on the side of the building are free.

L'appartement est en effet au cœur de Chamonix en face de la gare de bus ce qui permet un accès simple aux stations de ski des alentours, spécialement pendant l'hiver. Les fenêtres ont un double vitrage ce qui réduit le bruit au maximum. Suite á votre visite, les fenêtres ont été inspectés et il était tout á fait possible de les ouvrir. L'appartement, étant exposé plein sud, reçoit dés le matin les premiers rayons de soleil. Le micro-onde a aussi été inspecté, et lá encore aucun malfonctionnement n'a été rapporté. Alex, qui est disponible tout au long du séjour, est á votre disposition pour ce genre d’inconvénients et vous aurait facilement aidé si besoin. Cordialement Jul. Sylvie, thank you for your comments. The apartment is indeed at the heart of Chamonix in the front of the bus station which allows great access to the ski resorts of the surrounding area especially during the winter. The windows have double glazing which reduces the noise to a minimum. Following your visit, the windows have been inspected and no defect was reported and all were able to be opened. The apartment is facing South and gets in the morning the first rays of Sun. The microwave has also been inspected, and here again no malfunctioning was reported.
