Church View is a welcoming, pet-friendly log-cabin nestled on a private holiday park near the Rutland Water Nature Reserve. This humble abode comprises all ground floor accommodation with a double bedroom hosting an en-suite bathroom, sleeping two people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is an enclosed garden with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers as well as off-road parking. The shared, indoor heated swimming pool is also a handy addition on-site. Church View is a lovely choice for a holiday in Rutland.

Amenities: This lodge is backing on to the Reception area and separate from the other lodges. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Note: This lodge is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. The property is situated next to the reception. No stag/hen or similar. Please Note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in at the property. The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool.
