Welcome to our Ideally Situated Corfu Old Town Apartment that will satisfy your every need! Just renovated, with much love and with our main goal always being to provide a memorable experience to our guests, our shiny and bright 85sq.m. apartment is on the third floor of one of the most iconic buildings of Corfu. Situated behind the famous Liston and overlooking the Spianada square, our apartment will help you experience all the beauties that Corfu old Town has to offer!
Entering the apartment you are in our open plan living space with an Italian kitchen, a modern livingroom and a contemporary bathroom. There are a total of six windows, two in the living room, one in each bedroom and two in the master bedroom, flooding the apartment with natural light. We have made every effort to offer you all the comforts you might need. Thus, in the living space, you will find every single kitchen utility you might need, like a water boiler, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, a toaster, all the necessary Kitchen utensils, as well as a reverse osmosis system installed beneath the sink, meaning that you can drink running water with no hesitation. In the livingroom, next to our modern L-shape couch there is a 43 inch 4K TV, with Netflix available as well as Greek TV stations. Our contemporary bathroom has a straight ladder radiator, two modern wall-mounted counters and a walk in shower with a contemporary hydro massage. There is a central air condition unit in the living room capable of warming as well as cooling the entire apartment, accompanied by a ceiling fan for every bedroom, so you can have a healthy and ideal sleep environment! All of the windows are double glazed, in an effort to minimize outside noise since you are literally in the heart of Corfu Old Town! Continuing our tour of the apartment, we are passing under a beautiful arch across a hallway, heading to three fully redesigned bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are equipped with single beds, working space, built in closets and a modern ceiling fan as well as a heating panel! At the end of the hallway you are entering our Master bedroom which is equipped with a king size bed, two large built in closets, a ceiling fan as well as a heating panel, and a small balcony overlooking the Spianada square! As mentioned above, our apartment is part of one of the most iconic buildings of Corfu, which was constructed in 1829 and is part of UNESCO World Heritage, so please keep in mind that you will have to use the stairs until the entrance! Nevertheless, I promise you, once in the apartment, you will be compensated by feeling welcome and by having the opportunity to experience Corfu old Town as a local!
