Villa Lovor, an old Dalmatian stone house dating back to the early 19th century, situated on a large property, is an ideal choice for all those wanting a real relaxation and privacy. First class vacation is guaranteed by the vicinity of the famous historical centres such as Dubrovnik, Korčula, Ston, Cavtat, as well as the lakes of Baćina, the valley of Neretva river, beautiful islands and Pelješac peninsula, known for its high-quality wines.

Perfect villa in a tranquil setting

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely grounds with a comfortable, spacious, clean villa full of character. All our needs were catered for promptly by the hosts, who were extremely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovor. This exceptionally beautiful property consists of a historic house with all modern amenities, such as air conditioning and dishwasher, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden and a large pool.Daniel, his sister Milka, and their parents are very caring and loving hosts! We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful home owned by wonderful people

We could not have been more happy with the 5 days we spent at Villa Livor - it is a unique historic property that has been converted to a fantastic vacation home with all modern conveniences. The gardens and pool are also beautiful and a relaxing place to while away an afternoon. On top of this, Danijel and his parents who own and manage the property could not be more accommodating and helpful. When you combine this with everything there is to do in the area and it makes for a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovor. The house, gardens and pool are gorgeous. It's all beautifully thought out and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing time. We did manage to drag ourselves away from the Villa to explore a little of the stunning coastline - found some lovely coves to swim & snorkel in the clear sea. All in all perfect! Our warm wishes and thanks to the Stula family for being such super hosts. We hope to return!

Beautiful, private villa

A 100 year old stone home with all current amenities. Minutes from the beach and wonderful wineries. Under 2 hours you are in Dubrovnik. Perfect. Hosts are very responsive and generous. Would gladly return to this beautiful property.

Family vacation in Dalmatia

We were a family of 8 and we spent a few lovely days on this property in Bacina. The house is a traditional stone cottage with spacious rooms, beautiful garden and well equiped kitchen. The pool in the beautiful garden was perfect to cool down in the evenings after we grilled fresh fish and seafood from the fishmarket. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was the best place! Thank you very much!

Great stay at beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at Villa Lovor. The hosts, Danijel and his family were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering lots of ideas and suggestions of activities and areas to explore and enjoy. The house was beautifully maintained and perfectly set up for families with teenage children due to the 2 apartments that are accessed separately from the main house. The pool was also perfect for our family. The central location of the property made it a perfect launching of point for exploring the Markaska Riviera and the Peljesac peninsula, which is both beautiful and unspoiled. Thank you Danijel for making us feel so welcome!

Such a beautiful home!!

Absolutely beautiful home. We had the most amazing holiday. House was to an excellent standard with everything you could ever need. Beautiful setting and swimming pool. Danijel and his parents were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was perfect for our family, beautiful beaches close by and driving distance to many attractions. We enjoyed walking at Bacina lakes most days. We found local people extremely chatty and friendly. Eating out was reasonably priced with a great selection of restaurants. We definitely hope to return in the future. Thank you to Danijel and his parents for allowing us to spend time in this special home x

Hidden gem

Very high standard throughout, the house, pool and surroundings. Very quiet but in easy reach of the “Gradac riviera” which provides sea swimming, pleasant bars and restaurants and can be a jumping off point for boat trips. Ploce is also nearby and it is easy to access car ferries to the islands. You need to be on your toes to spot the turning into the drive (it has a sign but this is only visible when driving north). Danijel and his mother were very solicitous, meeting us on arrival and coming by later to make sure all was well. The “pool man” did a very through job looking after both the pool and it’s surroundings. The house is well furnished and equipped but we spent most of our time under the excellent gazebo by the pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Verstecktes kleines Paradies

Die Villa Lovor liegt etwas abseits und außerhalb von Ploçe. Man hat eine herrliche Ruhe und ist doch schnell bei den nächsten Restaurants und Supermärkten! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch der Garten mit dem Pool und Pavillon ist eine Augenweite. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch später verabschiedet. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell ( Autobahn) oder eher gemütlich ( Küstenstraße) in den verschiedenen Orten: Split, Sibenik, Omis, Makarska, Zadar, Brela…. Und in den Süden: Ston, Brac, Trsteno, Dubrovnic. Wir waren meist den halben Tag im Haus am Pool und sind dann zu Ausflügen aufgebrochen! Es war eine herrliche Zeit und sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaus für einen Traumurlaub

Die Villa Lovor ist ein einzigartiges Objekt. Alles ist perfekt hergerichtet, in einem super Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts! Danijel und seine Familie sind unglaublich gute Gastgeber, die dieses Haus mit Herzblut führen und zu jeder Zeit für die Gäste da sind! Wir kommen gerne wieder!! J4

Wunderschön....

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren super nett, sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns auch ein paar Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Besonders lecker war der selbst gebackene Kuchen der Vermieterin. Wir würden wiederkommen und geben eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Objekt.

Ein Paradies auf Erden

Vielen Dank an Danjiel und seine Familie. Das Haus übertrifft alle Erwartungen und ist wunderschön. Danjiel und seine Familie sind unfassbar nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool ist großartig und wurde von uns viel genutzt. 2x in der Woche kam jemand vorbei und hat ihn gereinigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Kuchen, eine tolle Einführung und viele Tips für die Umgebung. Wer seine Zeit fernab vom Tourismus verbringen möchte, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Am Haus hat man seine Ruhe und wenn man sich man was angucken möchte ist man mit dem Auto schnell vor Ort. Wir haben uns viel angesehen, trotzdem waren 2 Wochen zu kurz. Wir kommen nöchstes Jahr wieder. Wir haben uns in Kroatien, Dalmatien und das Haus verliebt. Danke Danjiel für Alles.

Wundervolle Villa im grünen

Das Haus ist wundervoll und liegt mitten im grünen. Die Vermieter sind reizend und haben alles liebevoll gepflegt. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht (Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Gewürze, Bügeleisen, Gasgrill, etc.) Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird alle paar Tage durch den Vermieter gereinigt. Man kann auch in wenigen Fahrminuten in den Umliegenden Orten einkaufen oder ans Meer fahren und baden. Man genießt den Urlaub, das Land und die Leute. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen entsprach aber der Beschreibung sehr sauber der Pool wurde regelmäßig samt des gesamten Aussenbereichs gereinigt. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Pool ist um einiges größer als es auf den Fotos scheint maximale Tiefe würde ich auf ca 1.80m tippen, für die Kinder war er jedenfalls ein Highlight. Wie gesagt recht abgelegen deshalb brauchten wir fast jeden Tag das Auto was aber nicht schlimm war da es ja auch einiges zu sehen gibt in der Umgebung.

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter, toller Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen, 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder, 10 Tage in der Villa zu Gast. Die vorab Kommunikation mit Danijel lieb reibungslos ab, auch alles vor Ort. Die Villa war nochmals viel schöner als auf den Bildern erkennbar war - wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Alles war sehr sauber, freundlich und lädt definitiv zum wiederkommen ein 😊 Wir können hier nur völlig gerechtfertigt die volle Sternenanzahl vergeben! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt mit so lieben Vermietern!

Traumhafte Ferien in der Villa Lovor

Ein riesen Dankeschön an die Familie Stula, es ist alles super organisiert und wir wurden mit Kuchen und Schnaps verwöhnt. Die Ausflugstips und Angaben zu den Stränden waren für uns perfekt, danke Danijel. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) verbrachten 10 wundervolle Tage in der äusserst schönen, gepflegten und sehr sauberen Villa. Der Pool wurde rege benutzt und die Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 10 bis 20min gut zu erreichen. In Gradac hat es viele Restaurants und Souvenierstände, am Abend ist es wirklich schön dort. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause und kommen bestimmt wieder zurück in eure Villa Lovor. Liebe Grüsse an Familie Stula von uns allen
