Stoneridge Place is just 2 Miles north of downtown Wasilla. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and an oversized garage all with in floor heat. You’ll love the ambiance we've worked to create and the best is yet to come! Rustic shabby chic decor. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. We also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage next door on another listing.

We have added so many amazing things from all of our guest feedback over the last years since we had the photographer in. We have all the essentials from tea kettles to baking sheets in the kitchen. We always have plenty of towels and cozy blankets! Enjoy the outdoor space with a few and cornhole, a fire pit and table and chairs to relax and enjoy the warm Alaskan sun this summer!

We hope you like our vision for these beautiful cottages! Lots of light, private and cozy. Open concept entertainment, full kitchen, spacious suite with King sized bed, tiled bathroom and an oversized one car garage!

Other Features include: Cable TV, Wifi, 55" flatscreen (Smart TV), Sofa Sleeper with memory foam mattress, dining for 4 and more!

Visiting our handsome grandson.

This was the cutest little home away from home, my husband and I are from Fairbanks, we usually come to Wasilla at least four or more times a year to visit or daughter, grandson and youngest son. We will definitely book this adorable home again.

Awesome property - one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. The amenities are so well thought out, the location is convenient, and the home is spotless. The design and workmanship of the property was well done! Having a garage was a unique touch. Contactless check-in was a breeze.

Best Village EVER!!!

First of all, from the time I reached out to the property owner for the first time until the moment I checked out the couple was so great to work with. It was my first time to the area and I didn't want to stay in a hotel. I am so glad I found this property. It was beautiful and had everything I needed to make me feel right at home. It was super clean and very comfortable. Traveling alone, I felt safe and I did not have any issues at all. I travel for a living and this is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. The customer service is A+++! This was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back!

Perfect place to stay

I walked in and immediatley fell in love ! The kitchen was well stocked, the bedroom /bed was cozy and comfy, loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer. The property itself was nice. Not too far from town. We will definately stay here again next year

Good but, could be better.

Very nice decor. Very well equipped and supplied. Seldon road traffic noisy. Had to run portable fan to cover noise for sleeping. We hope to see the following improvements when we return for a month stay next summer: Bed would be more comfortable with a box spring. Need a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Dishwasher loose and wobbly. Have living room fan instructions and extra battery in the unit.

Out of town and worth it!

Very nice space. Loved having the garage to load and unload the vehicle while it snowed! very nice kitchen space with all the stuff we needed to cook breakfast and heat up left overs. So bring your food and appetites! Great shower, comfy bed and couch. Thanks for the wine glasses and letting us know where the hidden washer and dryer were! We wpuld have liked to have been able to enjoy the ample space out back but the thick snow got in the way! 😆 Will definitely consider returning here again!

I've stayed in the past and will again - regularly. The accomodation is noticeably higher quality construction and finishes than commonly found. It is a luxury property and I always enjoy it.

This is out of your control—the Valley area has been experiencing super high winds. The winds were causing the Apps on the TVs to not work.

We are *almost* life long Alaskans. We love sharing this amazing state and offering a beautiful place to rest your head in between adventures or if you just need an inviting home away from home for business travel! Our families moved up to Alaska in the early 80's and early 90's to get their own slice of The Last Frontier! They say this place gwows on you and it is just too hard to leave. I guess that is true for our families as well.

We actually had the vision to create a beautiful little community just for this purpose. We have 8 buildings total and half are for our short term travelers and half are longer term rentals. We wanted to create a place close to town, yet private enough to feel like a retreat with smaller homes that really feel like a luxury home without all the waisted space. So much time and consideration was placed in designing and building this community to share with you!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It will just feel like home. I often sneak in to check on thigs after our professional cleaner has been in there, to replace items etc and find myself just wanting to stay longer. They are so peaceful. We host our family in these at least once or twice a year and make dinner, sleep in the beds and use everything just to make sure it really does have all the items you would need. To either make that special dinner, or birthday cake, to host friends over for game night or whatever the event might be. You will LOVE it!
