Pedestrian city center with its small decorative shops, clothing, crafts and products
organic premises, are large daily and night colorful market.

Homestay rental.
Large house inhabited and maintained year-round with two very distinct accommodations. One on the ground floor and one upstairs
both having an independent entrance.
The accommodation offered in the advertisement is the one upstairs, with an open kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC, a
living room and two bedrooms with double memory foam mattresses.
The apartment is very bright and pleasant with its solid exotic wood parquet. Area of 70m2 with a
independent terrace of 15m2.

A magnificent ornamental garden is available to tenants, you will have a closed jacuzzi area with solar shower, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen made of exotic wood
with barbecue and plancha as well as a garden furniture area with brazier.
Since taking the photos, some investments have been made regarding the garden furniture which is currently more cozy and comfortable offering more space. We make it a point of honor to the tranquility of our tenants while remaining available to allow them to have the best stay possible.

A parking space is also provided in the rental price in the driveway of the house
secured by electric gate.

Bath and bed linen provided free of charge. Several bikes in good condition and free access also for your travels (a bike trailer, helmets, and 1 child bicycle seat available on request to come complete)
