Recent transplant to Marco love the relaxing private setting, local beach, shopping, boating including fishing Kayaking, sailing available. Access at dock for temporary boat. Up to 60 feet. No boat trailer parking is available.

Our custom built vacation home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood with DIRECT ACCESS to the Gulf of Mexico. FISH off the dock. Walk to the beach or local restaurants (Esplanade), shops, ice cream are only a 1/2 mile walk. Kayak rentals available with easy access to enjoy a morning float. UPSCALE dining and outdoor gathering bar within 1/2 mile accessible also by boat or kayak. ENJOY A DAY AT TIGERTAIL BEACH less than 7 blocks to the recreation area and beautifully protected beach area with wildlife viewing, shelling, boat rentals, etc... Prefer the SOUTH BEACH access less than 2 miles away with direct public beach access.

Spread out and relax in our 5 bedroom, professionally decorated home. Enjoy this spacious gourmet kitchen with bar and two seating areas TOTALLY OPEN TO the outdoor private area. The massive open floor plan with a fire place is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. The Master Suite offers a private bath with a large luxurious shower and separate whirlpool tub. Relax on the private patio off the 1st FLOOR master suite that overlooks the canal and boats. Additional Guest/Queen bedroom with private bathroom on the 1st level overlooking the water. Enjoy the 2nd level entertainment area with comfortable seating, TV and outdoor deck area. The second level offers two comfortable queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Plenty of area to gather in the Kitchen, Great room, Living room and Dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with upscale stainless steel appliances and glass cooktop.

Perfect vacation house

We were a party of 8 adults and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful big house. The pool was perfect and heated along with the hot tub. It was fun kayaking off the dock. Jack was very responsive and we would love to stay here again!

Great location and perfect for our large family!

The kids loved the kayaks, pool and hot tub. It is close to the grocery and many restaurants. Jack was very responsive and easy to work with!

A little bit of paradise on Marco Island

Wonderful property, with a great quite location on a convenient canal to shelling beaches and excellent restaurants. Great kitchen and lanai and, most importantly, very comfortable beds. Owner left precise instructions and on the several times that we communicated, was quite helpful with any questions that we had. Most highly recommended.

Perfect Large Family House

Great location perfectly between town and the beach. Great space and each bedroom has its own bath. Easy to sleep 6 adults and 4 kids. Great pool and grounds. Very easy communications with the owner - who’s great. Definitely will consider this again.

Great house and location in Marco

We had 4 couples and everyone got to have their own bathroom which was very nice. You could really spread out in the living area’s open plan. Very nice master suite and pool area. The top deck was in need of repair from the recent hurricane so we couldn’t use that. We had four cars, two fit in the garage and two in the driveway so that was not a problem. The owners were very friendly.

Beautiful Marco Home

This is a spacious, lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near Tigertail Beach. We loved the setting and numerous amenities. Our only issues were being unable to get into the property on time on Saturday due to a water problem, and then during the week having the pool heater break, making it unusable. This was a huge disappointment but the owner did make attempts to get it fixed. Nest time I'll know to reach out to VRBO about any issues midweek. But overall we had a nice vacation at a beautiful home.

My husband and I came for a week vacation in Marco with our 4 children and mother-in-law. We primarily chose this property for the hot tub, low-traffic secluded culdesac, proximity of the pool right outside the living area, and ability to dock a rented boat along the canal. The home was very clean and well-appointed. We had more than enough space for our family with the 5 bedrooms. The master bed & bath were especially spacious. The closets were stocked full of towels, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware/gadgets to make a meal at the home, plus a gas grill on the patio. Washer/dryer looked new and worked great. The boat dock was huge and had chairs & loungers to be able to soak up the sun. There was a pair of kayaks available, and a variety of life jackets in the garage, and the kids were excited for the unexpected adventure of paddling through the canal. Can't say enough nice things about the host. He was quick to approve our stay, then he emailed and called several days before our stay to give some more details about the property and tips for enjoying our stay in Marco. He was very accommodating and we were able to turn up pool heat for the kiddos, as the weather was just a tad windy and cool for our first couple days. Told us how to use the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of activities. Any time we had a question, he was quick to respond. All in all, highly recommend this place. A+++

Marco family home

Beautiful house, ideally located in a cul de sac and at an open end of a canal. Nicely landscaped outside and in perfect condition on the inside. Clean and bright with a variety of bedroom and bathroom combinations for adults and children. Huge dock with comfortable and spacious seating including a large umbrella to allow one to enjoy the breezy air. Kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and beach chairs. Owner was very nice and helpful at all times to explain the operation of all aspects of the house.

Beautiful home with many amenities!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The owner, Jack, is incredibly responsive and helpful. The home has a gorge dock which is great for fishing, hanging out, taking out the kayaks and paddle boarding. The pool and hot tub is gorgeous with ample seating. The location of the home is perfect. Close to the esplanade and Tigertail beach. We’re dreaming of our next trip back.

Fabulous home and host

Home is very well "accessorized" in terms of the kitchen supplies, towels, outdoor seating, water activities, etc. Even though we had some unique home issues (ones not likely to happen again) that impacted our stay, host was amazing at speedy response and repairs. Beds very comfortable. Host communication excellent.

Beautiful Home!

This home is absolutely stunning. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, and the owner was more than helpful. The pictures certainly don't do it justice. Our family of 12 had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The teenagers loved fishing right off the dock. The beach was close by and was very nice. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing home, host, and vacation

From the start this was a great experience. We weren't able to access the key but the garage code worked. Our host was immediately responsive and helpful. The home is BEAUTIFUL as is the location, pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for all activities, our host provided local tips for restaurants and told us about an eagles nest and roosting owls within walking distance! The automated dock to lower the provided kayaks was a definite bonus. Again, can't stress enough how comfortable and beautiful this home, it's location and how great our host was! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Family Vacation

The home was fantastic! Great location and accommodations were first class. We had an issue with the pool and the owner was quick to react even on a holiday week. It was our first family vacation in over 10 years and we all agreed this home was perfect. Plenty of room for all 10 of us with many things to do. We already have discussed about coming back again next year

Everything and more

We had 10 adults, close family and friends and the bedrooms and baths were roomy enough for everyone. The home decor is beautifully appointed, wonderful neighborhood, every amenity from a beautiful kitchen, pool and outdoor area, hot tub and pool and a view to die for! Gorgeous sunset from the 3rd floir balcony! Can't say enough about the owner and kindness. Thank you!!

Family Togetherness!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the family (12) adults and small children to gather together for meals and games and at the same time places for a private chat. The pool, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs etc added to the fun had by all. The dock seating provided the perfect spot for early morning coffee or an hour of reading a good book. The family spent many hours at the nearby beaches. Everything from the linens to the dishes and appliances were of high quality making for a comfortable stay. It was as if we were in our own place. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Many warm memories will serve our family well in the days ahead when we are so far apart.
