The arrival was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Luciano, Eva's Italian neighbour. He explained everything very enthusiasticly and provided a lot of advice on things to do. The casa is very charming, positioned in a narrow street where you can experience Italian village life and are surrounded by mountains wherever you look. It was a perfect base for us to go cycling and hiking. Two weeks just weren't enough. A one-hour drive to Venice and Treviso made the location very good for some cultural experiences as well. We would totally recommend a holiday in casa Gingelina.

Een natuurwandeling langs Lago di Santa Croce is een must, no-nonsense. Gratis wifi betekent dat de contentcreatie altijd van topkwaliteit is!

Van 7-13 augustus 2021 verbleven wij in het huis in Ponte nell’Alpi. Een authentiek huis midden in het dorp naast het huis van de eigenaren. Een hartelijke ontvangst door eigenaren en lokale beheerder in dit ruime, wel wat donkere (in de zomer daardoor koele) huis. De auto wordt op ruime afstand geparkeerd vanwege nauwe, steile straatjes. Comfortabel bed, (af)wasmachine aanwezig en comfortabel buiten zitje. De omgeving is indrukwekkend, Dolomieten/Lago del Mis/Treviso/Belluno/Venetië.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in Belvilla by OYO Casa delle Alpi. De woonkamer was zo uitnodigend met de open haard en de volledig uitgeruste keuken maakte het gemakkelijk om maaltijden te bereiden. De hot tub was een fijne toevoeging na een lange dag wandelen. Het enige nadeel was de inchecktijd, die had iets eerder gekund. Maar al met al zou ik deze plek zeker aanbevelen!

Het huisje was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, wat ons verblijf erg aangenaam maakte. Hoewel het een beetje afgelegen was, waardeerden we de rust en stilte. Het nabijgelegen Lago di Santa Croce bood een leuke plek voor een dagtochtje en we vonden een aantal charmante lokale restaurants, vooral Dolada, op slechts een korte loopafstand. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden. Al met al een prima plek om te ontspannen, maar wees bereid om voor de meeste attracties te rijden.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Belvilla by OYO Casa delle Alpi ! La hutte était non seulement spacieuse mais aussi magnifiquement décorée, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse pour notre escapade en famille, La cheminée était un point fort, surtout pendant les soirées fraîches, Nous avons apprécié un délicieux barbecue dans le jardin, qui était parfait pour nos enfants qui jouaient, De plus, l'emplacement est fantastique pour la randonnée et l'exploration de la magnifique vallée de Zoldo, Une courte route nous a conduits au téléphérique pour un peu de plaisir sur les pistes, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles à la recherche d'une escapade relaxante en pleine nature !

Het parkeren op de oprit van het huisje gaat moeizaam i.v.m. de smalle weg waaraan het huisje ligt. Voor de koffers in en uit te laden gaat dit wel prima, de rest van de tijd is het mogelijk om de auto op een parkeerplaats een paar meter verderop te parkeren. De eigenaren hebben ons deze parkeerplaats meteen bij aankomst gewezen. Het huisje ziet er mooi uit en het is er rustig. We waren te vroeg daar en hebben de eigenaren gebeld, deze zijn toen meteen naar huis gekomen, dit was goed geregeld. De mensen in de straat zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De eigenaren kunnen goed Engels en Duits. Aangezien het niet heel toeristisch is spreekt voor de rest bijna niemand Engels, maar met Google Translated en de behulpzame mensen in de omgeving kom je een heel eind. Het is goed te doen om Venetië te bezoeken (met de trein). Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig voor de nodige bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.
