Goertz & Partner offers you this pleasant apartment located in the heart of Empuriabrava, in the Gran Reserva residential complex, providing all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday.
This apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a 160 cm bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a 90 cm bed and a sofa bed for two people. It also has a second bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, with access from the hallway.
You will also find a very bright living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, with an open-plan kitchen providing access to a terrace of approximately 12 m², where you can enjoy the sunshine in complete privacy.
The apartment is located just a five-minute walk from the beach. If you wish, you can also access the various swimming pools within the residence (pool access passes are sold by the homeowners’ association and are not included in the rental price).
The apartment is rented with a private parking space (No. 19) located in an underground car park.
Bed linen and towels are not included in our rentals. They can be rented for €25 per person.
