PLEASE NOTE: All guests must register with the Homeowners Association (HOA) within two business days after your arrival. The cost to register is $50 that you will pay directly to the HOA. You may also elect to buy a FOB that will allow you to use community amenities including the pool, this is generally done during registration. The cost of a FOB is $50. Upon registration the HOA will also validate that you meet the age requirement. Registration fees are subject to change by the HOA.

Although the primary guest must be age 55 or older other guests staying for 30 days or more must be age 45 or older. Guest under the age of 45 can visit but cannot stay for more than 30 days.
