Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Day of check in I got a phone call from Beach Getaways that the owners have decided to stay through the weekend. After I have booked & the money had already been pulled from my account might I add! I then was sent alternate condos to choose from. Very unprofessional and would not recommend booking this condo or the same thing could happen to you!

GREAT STAY

OVERALL OUR STAY WAS GREAT; OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE DRYER, TAKE A COUPLE OF TIMES TO TURN ON TO DRY A SMALL LOAD. LITTLE OUTDATED IN BATHROOMS BUT IT WAS STILL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE ALWAYS STAY WITH PHOENIX X, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT TO US

Spacious Condo in Great Location

My family and I spent 4 nights in this condo just before Christmas and we were very happy with our stay. Check in was very easy, Phoenix 10 had very good amenities, and the location right next door to the Flora Bama can't be beat. The condo was clean and very roomy for our 6 people. We would stay again.

Nice visit

Nice place, needs a better cleaning crew. Parking was expensive, be aware that it's 35.00 per vehicle.

Thank you for your review Barry! We are sorry it was not up to our cleaning standards and would have loved to send housekeeping back out to rectify any uncleanliness that was missed. Unfortunately, the parking pass fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves and we are unable to purchase them ahead of time to add to your overall price. We hope that you were still able to enjoy your stay with us and look forward to your next trip.

Beach Getaways/ Phoenix 10

The property was beautiful, clean, and nicely equipped. Beds were pretty comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. We cooked out at the BBQ, enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Located right next to Flora Bama and a short drive or walk to restaurants and stores. The beach was beautiful and views amazing. I miss it. :(

2024 family beach trip

The only thing needed in our room was a crab cracker and scissors. Beautiful and clean and plenty of space in the living area. Queen bedroom could’ve been larger for small children and parent. Overall very Nice and good communication with property!!

Daughter got engaged!!!

Condo was beautiful and very roomy!!! It is located right next to FloraBama where my daughter’s fabulous fiancé proposed!! Only issue we had was the dryer. It took forever to dry our beach towels

My Mother's wish coming true

It was absolutely fantastic! The condo was great, clean & the decor was so cute. My mother had never experienced this kind of vacation. Everyone was so nice & helpful. My mother had this wish to see the ocean one more time .... & she loved every minute of it. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful with the personalized card ( it made my mom feel special) & the goodies. I could go on but lets just say it was perfect!

Annual guys golf trip

Thank you for a great stay. The property was just as described, clean and great to be located next door to the Flora Bama night club -- perfect for a vacationing golf group. I must give props to the Beach Getaways property group too. Flawless and easy electronic exit and entry process. They continuously stayed in text communication with me before and throughout the weekend. Electronic code condo entry makes for a safe and much easier method. Thanks folks. You've truly made Orange Beach vactioning a lot easier.

Desperately needs a deep cleaning, all bedroom carpet stained/worn & should be replaced with tile, all mattresses were poor quality, one guest got some type of insect bites while sleeping.

Pest control comes out monthly, but we would have been happy to have to come out to check and take care of pests that you might have encountered. Nice vacation, property is older

Overall we enjoyed our vacation. The check in/check out process was easy. We enjoyed the beachy themed condo however it was not as clean as I would have hoped. The floors were very dirty, there was a water bottle and sock under one of the beds, many dishes were dirty. Repairs are needed as well- the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work, there was a hole in the screen and the ceiling was was discolored. The smoke detector went off when we used the oven- it needs to be cleaned and overall the property seemed run down. Didn’t deter us from having a good time, but we will look elsewhere for our next visit.

We are ready to come right back!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We do recommend you bring extra paper products if the condo is full. You may want to buy ice away from the condo due to the price. We recommend going to Joe Patti's seafood on your way into town if you like to grill and cook. They are amazing and will ice your seafood down well. Going to Flora-Bama was a great hit. We heard amazing music and enjoyed the multiple stages! The air museum was free, and we loved the movie for $11.00. Be sure to respect the red flags. There was a bad rip tide the first few days we were in. I have never been afraid of the ocean till this visit. We easily could have been swept out. Our last two days were perfect and calm. The pool was also perfect! You just have to get down early to get a seat or bring your own.

Our stay started with a door going from the living room to the balcony that was broken and it was all I could do to shut it. Thedoor had a note that said broke and after maintenance finally showed up the informed me the door had been broken for a month so to use the balcony everyone had to go through the master bedroom for 8 days. Maintenance had to come a second time when our guest told us how uncomfortable their bed was and we found the bed boards broken and all the supports missing . Maintenance also found the balcony door would not lock and also informed dishwasher does not drain. So I would like to know what whoever reads this has to say if this happened to them on their vacation? And who decides what the refund on a horrible condo should be

Perfect place for my family!

Great location on the beach, nice pool. Well lit garage parking garage and right next to Florabama! Unit was very clean and beds and furniture were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this unit again for future stays in Orange Beach.
