We hired Waterhead Barn for my wife's 40th birthday weekend and had a fantastic time! Such a wonderful house with plenty of space inside and out. Clean and well presented in a beautiful countryside location! Highly recommend.

Lovely property and great location

We stayed (3 families) with kids and teens and the location was great for exploring the Cotswolds. The place is lovely - which was handy because it rained solidly the whole time we were there and so we spent more time indoors than we might otherwise have done!

Fantastic property for our Christmas gathering , everything we needed was at the property .Andy met us and was very welcoming and was very informative.Will definitely go back again to this great property .

Needs some love ,better attention to detail in preparation process.

Great accommodations,great location.easy booking procedure and access to property.Stay Cotswold should be more receptive to constructive feedback on issued raised as these would help them to give a further enhanced customer experience.

This place has the wow factor

We had the pleasure of staying at Waterhead Barn for a family cel celebration to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Andy couldn’t be anymore helpful and was very quick to answer any queries we had. Wish i could afford to stay here every weekend - such a special place with memories made that we will remember for a lifetime

Family get together

Exceptionally spacious and all that a large family would need for a good break away in one of the most beautiful areas in England.Lovely family seating areas inside and out . Comfy beds and great showers! Conveniently located for trips to Stow and other areas of interest .The children enjoyed the visit to the Cotswold Wildlife Park which was not too far away but very frustrating traffic to get in so need to get there very early!!! The house was in a very quiet location with good scenery and wildlife a plenty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place

Had a great stay - lovely big place - warm and cosy- helpful reception and very clean . Comfy beds, nice linen. Perfect for large group. We had a wet weekend but the outside would be lovely in good weather. Easy access to Stow and other villages. Very rural - lovely. Great walks near by . Would return .

Lovely family stay!

We visited the barn for a long weekend to celebrate our parents 60th. There was 7 of us and 2 dogs and we had a lovely time. Plenty of space to spread around and have our own space if we needed it. The barn itself is lovely - a car is definitely needed to get around but it’s in a serene setting. The house is so much bigger in person than on the photos and in lovely condition. We would definitely recommend and visit again in a heart beat!

Spacious property

We enjoyed a three night weekend break at Waterhead Barn to do some yoga, country walks and relax. The house was very spacious and it was great that each bedroom had its own ensuite. Andy, the house manager, was really helpful throughout the booking stage addressing various queries and also during our stay. It was a lovely peaceful location, plenty of parking and the downstairs space worked perfectly for our group. We did a couple of long walks in the area and enjoyed seeing the racehorses go by in the mornings too! Aesthetically maybe there could be a few improvements/updates eg the bedding and the outside areas, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great birthday weekend

The location for a birthday weekend with the family was perfect and was a great space for everyone to be together. The house was beautiful, and lots of different space to socialise. The house was a little dirty but this was not a massive issues, could have used more outdoor lighting when trying to park as arriving in the dark. Great space would recommend

Fantastic family Accommodation

We stayed 2 nights at Waterhead Barn for a family get together. The was plenty of room for three generations to hangout and have some fun. Lovely property and a good location close to many of the Cotswolds highlights.

Great place for a family gathering

10 of us aged 2 - 75 had a great time. The space was amazing allowing us to spread out and relax We particularly liked the two big tables and the amount of crockery, glassware etc

Lots of space and great walking

Comfortable, spacious and in the heart of the Cotswolds. Lovely walks along quiet lanes and old Roman tracks - perfect!

Great Weeks break

A room for everybody, brilliant no one triping over any one else and loads of places to visit within a half an hours drive. Very clean area and the locals seemed friendly. All in all a very happy and comfortable stay.

Lovely location in the Cotswolds

Customer service both from the company and Andy, the owner's rep, was very attentive, and the property is very comfortable. Location is beautiful. The condition of the property was ok, quite a few carpet stains and some of the kitchenware needed a good wash before use

Easter holiday

A wonderful stay over Easter with three generations of the family . The bedroom on the ground floor worked well for granny with limited mobility. The house is so well equipped and the perfect location to visit location attractions . Will definitely recommend to friends

Had a fantastic time with the family. Lovely barn with some lovely features and well managed

Had a great time at the barn. Its well managed and the welcome beers were a great hit as was the cake. Andy was a great caretaker and he explained things clearly and was very approachable. Nice and quiet location and would definitely recommend.

Family January Christmas

We had a fantastic stay at Waterhead Barn. The house was very comfortable, lots of space, really clean, beautiful setting, nice and quiet. Just what we needed! The check-in process was excellent, we would definitely come back.
