The House has 4 bedrooms: 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining with a terrace equipped with its heated jacuzzi and hammock for pure moments of relaxation. Added to this, 1 sleeping area upstairs with separate toilet.

The beaches are less than 15 min by car (Lava Beach etc ...) and shops within 5 min (Carrefour & Grand Littoral shopping center).
Nearby you will find several motorway entrances if you decide to go for a walk.

You can also discover the famous village-like port of L'Estaque, furnished by its friendly bars, fish / seafood restaurants and panisse stands (chickpea fritters) set up by the sea. The port is full of boats, and the neighborhood's sandy and pebble beaches offer a view of the city, against the backdrop of the limestone hills of the Estaque range. A market where you can find food, clothing and regional crafts held on Saturday mornings.

5 minutes from the house, the beautiful district of Gavotte is a place to discover with also its farmer's market on Saturday morning.
