The beautiful kitchen with stone counter tops is supplied with:



-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started

-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher

-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

-Salt and pepper



Next to the kitchen is the Dining Room with a large table with seating for 6 and a door out to the patio.



There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main floor.



The upstairs laundry is supplied with:



-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets



Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.



Upstairs, there is a king bedroom with a shower ensuite, and a seating area. Perfect for your relaxed mornings with a coffee and a good book. Large window provides a view of the Niagara River.



Also upstairs, a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed, and a third bedroom with queen bed. All bedrooms have a TV.



The upstairs family bathroom has a separate tub and shower.



Outside, relax on the large patio and enjoy the waterfront views. Sit in the shade while dinner cooks on the gas BBQ/grill or have a drink around the dining table.
