House with garden and pool in the Sierra de Bejar

Large independent house located in the Sierra de Béjar, 20 minutes from the ski slope of La Covatilla, 15 minutes from La Cerrallana golf course and 10 minutes from Balneario de Baños de Montemayor. It is ideal for hiking through many roads in the area (perfectly marked), including the new greenway of the Ruta de la Plata. In a radius of no more than 20 minutes by car you can enjoy beautiful towns such as: Hervás, Candelario, Montemayor del Rio, etc.
It has six rooms, all of them with full bathroom; three with double beds and other three with two single beds, to which four extra beds can be added. It has eight bathrooms, kitchen with office, living room and living room.
There are different outdoor recreation areas: chillout, outside porch, private patio with seating area, as well as 800 meters of plot with lawn.
About 10 minutes walk, and for the exclusive use of guests, you can also enjoy a swimming pool with garden, blocks with 10 boxes and a rustic track for horse riding.

Note: According to Decree 3/2017 of February 16, which regulates accommodation establishments for tourist use in the Community of Castilla Leon, this house will never be rented for a period greater than 30 days in total as over a year complying with the definition of habituality of said decree.
