This listing is perfect for the family coming to the Raystown Lake area. This house is just three miles from the Seven Points recreation area that includes access to public boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, dining, camping, and biking on the Allegrippis Trails.

The house features two bedrooms and one full bath with an updated Bath Fitter tub and shower unit with sterdy safety bars. The main bedroom offers a queen sized bed, while the other bedroom has twin sized bunk beds and another twin bed separate from the bunks. New windows were installed in July 2022 for even more efficient heating and cooling with an updated style!

We strive to be family friendly. While we appreciate a good time around the campfire, we want to remind future guests that parties or large gatherings are not permitted. If the intention of your getaway is to party late into the night with outside guests, we kindly ask that you look at other rental opportunities in the area. Neighbors are few and far between, but we want to be respectful of the ones that are here!

There is carpet throughout the entire house. There is ample parking for boats and lots of room for the kids to run and play. We offer several amenities that we hope will make you feel right at home while you are here, including laundry facilities in the basement. We invite you to use the washer and dryer in the basement, but we do emphasize that the basement is not advertised living space at the lodge.

While you are only a five minute drive from the lake, you are just seven miles from the conveniences of 24-hour shopping and restaurants in the town of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, eight miles from the quaint campus of Juniata College, thirty-five miles from the excitement of Altoona Curve baseball and shopping at the Logan Valley Mall, and forty miles from Penn State University including Penn State football at Beaver Stadium and a wide variety of events at the Bryce Jordan Center.

Our unique getaway also offers a cottage on the property that would be perfect for the extended family to join in the country fun. The cottage sits just across the driveway.
