WITH ITS MILLION DOLLAR VIEW, NEWER KITCHEN, AND TASTEFUL MOUNTAIN DECOR, YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE ENJOYABLE ONE-BEDROOM RED PINE UNIT AT ANY PRICE. BEST VIEW IN COMPLEX and HASSLE-FREE DIRECT CONDO CHECK-IN.

Wake up in your Alpine bed to one of the most beautiful mountain views your heart will always remember. Looking out the bedroom and living room windows, you will see snow-capped mountain peaks in the winter, and painted ponies grazing on grasses and wild flowers in the summer. As skiers and hikers, we fell in love with the Canyons area in Park City and thus purchased a unit with the best mountain-resort view the Red Pines has to offer. Although other GOLD-rated units exist at Red Pine, ours is the only 1-bedroom Red Pine condo ever to receive a GOLD rating by ResortQuest, our former management company. Our low rates make this lovely 1-bedroom unit a terrific value...we are confident you will agree.

Enjoy comfy new Serta iSeries Hybrid mattress. Remodeled and upgraded, our unit features custom furniture, lighting, full-size appliances, lovely bedroom linens and window treatments, and a washer/dryer. Both vanities and bathroom were remodeled in 2022, including a new deeper tub, glass door, marble tile, and rain shower. You will enjoy the original artwork, comfy leather sleeper-sofa (new Memory-Foam Mattress) and futon love-seat with ottoman. Shimmering maple kitchen cabinets sit atop a great looking tile floor. The kitchen table can expand to seat 6 people. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare that gourmet meal, including a rack with over 16 spices!

Our chalet is very close to the Clubhouse and located a short 1-minute walk to the tennis courts, two pools (1 heated year round except during Spring and Fall shoulder seasons), and large hot-tub. You can walk to the Canyons' Cabriolet (known as the 'People Mover') or take one of the FREE and frequent shuttles to the Canyons' lifts (we're at the base), Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort or Historic Main Street.

Cosy, well appointed, perfect!

Located in a really nice complex of condominiums very handy to the village Terry's apartment was perfect for our 4-day holiday in Canyons. It had everything we needed, was cosy and warm and Terry provided some great tips on how to get around via CV connect and rent our gear.

Great place to stay

The condo was in agreat location and the free shuttle to the lifts was amazing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed including all cookware and a stocked pantry with spices, coffee etc. The washer/dryer was perfect to freshen up ski clothes mid week. The wifi worked great. We visited the pool across the street in the clubhouse. We would definitely come back again.

Fantastic stay!

Terry was the best host we have ever used. Excellent communicator and the place was extremely organised with a lovely outlook.We used the Canyons Village free shuttle service to get to the village (usually arrives within a few mins). It was overall a great experience.

Great condo and host

My family and I stayed during the Christmas break. Terry and Karen are great host. Communication was great and Terry ensured we have all we need before checking in. He also checked with us periodically to make sure all is ok. We love this condo and will definitely come back.

Cozy gem for a winter getaway

Our family of three stayed comfortably in this well-supplied, cozy unit. The owners were wonderful with communication and had plenty of printed instructions for ease of use. The bathroom was absolutely lovely--freshly remodeled and functional. The Red Pine Condos are in a great location to access the Canyons base or to hop into town using the free transit system. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Best host and property!

From the time I booked some 6 months in advance, the host was helpful with advice, assistance and knowledge of the area. The condo was stunning and minute from the slopes of Canyons, and a short free shuttle ride to Park City Mountain. Everything was perfect - it felt like home!

Fantastic Condo

This is a great condo in the Park City area. Easily walkable to all the Canyon Village areas and also to the Park City transit station where you can catch the free bus to all the other Park City areas. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the essentials. Beautiful view on the back porch as well. Would absolutely stay here again! Terry was a great host who even called me once we checked in just to make sure everything was okay.

Fantastic property close to fantastic skiing

My son and I had a great week of skiing and really nice week in Park City, thanks in no small part to Terry and Karen. They are super easy to work with. Their place is really nice and well cared for and it is really easy to get to everything you want. I definitely recommend you stay here on your next stop to Park City.

Wonderful Park City Condo

My dad and I stayed here for a ski trip to celebrate his 70th birthday. The place was tasteful and cozy and provided all the amenities we needed. A very convenient free on-demand shuttle will take you from your door to the nearby ski lifts and back. Terry was communicative throughout check-in and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend staying here and will in the future if I am in the area again.

Wonderful holiday celebration!

It was the perfect place for our ski vacation!! Owners, Terry and Karen couldn’t have been nicer!! They even left us champagne for our anniversary! We enjoyed the fireplace, kitchen and grill!! Terry was so kind to tell us all sorts of local knowledge. The location of the chalet is awesome!! We also loved the property’s hot tub and outdoor swimming pool! We will definitely be back!’ Thank you, Terry and Karen for a winter holiday that we will always remember!!

Wonderful rental, location and hosts

We moved the condo. Perfect for me abs be daughter. With the in demand ride service, you are just about 5 minutes from arriving at the gondola. Almost like slope side. Bed was very, very confortable. Very clean. I appreciate that linens, towels, soaps, lotions, bath products, paper products were all plentiful and good quality. Like home.

Fun week on the slopes

We are two female friends who had plenty of space to keep all of our belongings. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need for a weeklong ski trip. The fireplace kept us warm without turning on heat. We were disappointed that the jets didn’t work in hot tubs at the club and the pathways weren’t shoveled. Requested to owners to keep a shovel in unit and also upgrade coffee pot. We will for sure rent this unit again!

Quiet. Easy to access. View was awesome. Very well appointed. Please check the pantry before you buy anything as the condiments plus are there. The property owners were great. EVERYTHING is close by. Will come back again. PS: There is no air conditioning but there is a floor fan. Also there needs to be a new toaster as it toasts only on burnt.

Cozy, Convenient, and "Cook-able!"

What a wonderful little setup for a week on the Slopes at Park City! This unit has it in a compact space that worked great for us and our sons (21 and 14). The facility as well as the Clubhouse amenities made this a fantastic way to ski and NOT be overrun by the thick of things in the downtown area. We cooked wonderful meals and ate well which added to the experience by not having that over-full feeling from restaurant food as well as the high $$. The Crockpot was a great resource! If you have any concerns about being cold, fear not. There are enough heat sources from the heat lamps, baseboard heaters, and the gas fireplace to turn the place into a sauna if you come in feeling a bit hypothermic. And that patio view is just as shown. However, in the snow it's even better! Thank you K&T! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back in the spring!

Great value

Terry was very helpful and communicative. The condo is clean and well equipped. Before you go grocery shopping, check the pantry: when we were there, there was an ample supply of olive oil, sugar, salt, 2 lbs of spaghetti, 4 packages of ground cinnamon, coffee etc. (from the previous visitors).The condo is a short 5-7 min walk to the ski lifts. We were using the shuttle app. The waiting time was anywhere from 2 to 40 minutes, depending on the time of the day. (Often times, though, during the longer waits, the app would notify us the driver has arrived sooner than expected). Plan accordingly and in the rush hour request the shuttle well in advance. A couple of days our daughter needed to be at the base for a ski lesson, so I drove them to the ski base, returned to condo and caught the shuttle by myself (a single person will catch the shuttle faster than a group).The pool and hot tub are across the street in the club house, convenient after a day on the slopes.The condo itself is very well maintained and appears to have been recently remodeled. We loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to depend on restaurant food.Overall, a great value.

Wonderful getaway

This nice little condo is perfect for our family of 3. We had a great time just playing in the snow outside the porch or taking the ski lift up the mountain from down the street. The condo is clean and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom is beautiful. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Terry, the owner, was very friendly and always ready to help. We would love to return in the future!

Great location, very nice unit, everything was easy to use/well explained. Great views, cozy, loved the fireplace, plush towels and living room seating arrangement. We are a family with a passion for skiing (scuba diving too!). After skiing Colorado for many years, we came to Utah and got hooked-- we have loved being so close to the airport, the champagne powder, and the world-class dining spots.

We wanted a property with a mountain view from inside the unit, for example, while sitting by the fireplace. When we first entered the unit that we eventually purchased and saw the view we said, 'wow!', ignoring the fact that we would have to do a total remodel. Years later, we're still so happy that we chose to buy the unit we did, as we can say with confidence that it has the best view at Red Pine or at the Canyons for that matter.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Aside from great views, we are situated close to the pools and tennis courts. In the Summer, Red Pine is like a little country club. In the Winter, when we need to take a day off, we still get to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors through the living room windows and relax in the nearby pool and hot-tubs. Recently, we purchased a townhome in Upper Deer Valley to accommodate friends and the growing number of grand-kids. As you might predict, it also has great mountain views! (see vrbo 488629).
