Two Hoots is a marvellous detached cottage within the quaint town of Thurleston in South Devon. There are four bedrooms in the property, four bathrooms (including two en-suites, one Jack-and-Jill, and a cloakroom), and can comfortably sleep up to eight people. There is a spacious open-plan living space equipped with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, a snug, utility room, and fantastic views from every room in the property. Outside you can get a closer look of the stunning scenery from your own private garden Two Hoots is a wonderful property, perfect for family vacations in the South of Devon.
Amenities: Oil fired heating and woodburner. 2 x electric oven, electric hob, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x Smart TV, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels provided. Ample off-road parking. NEW electric car charging available for an additional £30 per week (please bring your own cables and adapters, this is to plug into the property not a fast charge). Lawned garden with patio, decking, and furniture. Strictly Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 per dog per week. Shop and pub easy walking distance. Strictly No Smoking. Please note 4 bags of rubbish per week is reasonable usage and any excessive/ unreasonable use above this will be charged at £5 per bag and deducted from deposit.

Famous for its scones, be sure to grab on afternoon tea on your trip after a spot of surfing in Salcombe.
