Bantham has a glorious beach in a fabulous romantic setting, popular for families, couples and excellent for golfers, walkers and surfers.
Excellent local pub and shop and cafe - centrally located in the picturesque village, frequented by those on holiday and locals alike.

In the back garden area guests only have access to the patio immediately outside the patio doors, the main lawned garden area is for the sole use of guests staying at 2 Steepfield next door.

A single off-road parking space is found at the front of the Studio, to lead straight into this property. This mezzanine style property fosters cosy comforts right throughout the year for couples and small families to get away and enjoy the simpler way of living.

This bright and airy bolt hole is great for guests who wish to enjoy a back to basic-style living. Steepfield Studio allows guests to getaway from usual life, and encourages the embrace of outdoor adventures with your furry friends, picking up a book for entertainment or simply communicating amongst one another.

Steepfield Studio is a unique stay where the downstairs living has such versatility. On wet days or of an evening, guests can snuggle up on the sofa, plug in the heater and enjoy cosy comforts with hot chocolates and a film from the collection of DVD’s available. Transformation from a cosy lounge with a sofa, side coffee table, monitor sized TV and Wi-Fi, into a dining room for 4 with an awesome vintage leaf side table, opens into a lovely dining area.

This charming Studio kitchenette has functional cooking space inclusive of preparation counters, an electric oven, ceramic hob, ¾ standing fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and essential cooking crockery and cutlery.

The open plan kitchenette and lounge transforms into the main bedroom with the sofa pulled out into a comfy double bed. This sleeping arrangement is a fantastic bedroom with grand views of the Avon Estuary from the floor to ceiling windows and patio doors.

A spacious patio area to the rear of the house offers a great al-fresco coffee spot in the morning and a brilliant sunset and sundowners entertainment area. When booked in conjunction with the 2 Steepfield property, full access to the garden is available.

Back into the property, towards the front door, the family bathroom resides. Fitted with a bath and overhead electric shower, toilet and basin; coming back from the beach and washing off is made super easy!

Adjacent to the bathroom, an open staircase leads to the sloped ceiling mezzanine accommodation. Two full-size single beds present a hideaway perfect for the children or grown-up, but mind your head! Wooden banisters contain this sleeping area with a great view into the downstairs living area and out the window across the estuary.

The surrounding area has fantastic coastal walks, the beach is just a few minutes walk away. Nearest bus station is in Kingsbridge (5 miles approx), nearest train station is in Totnes (15 miles approx).
