You will be cordially greeted by manager' s, Selene and Roberto, and Adrian and Reyna as our house staff that will try to meet Your every need.

We have many different restaurants, groceries, crafts, and shopping that is walking distance via the beach or by the street--puertomorelosbeachhouse--. Airport pick-up can be arranged; also appointments are available with massage therapists, chiropractor,dentists, doctors, yoga groups etc... Lovely

Everything was wonderful! A slight problem with a toilet seat and missing AC remote was remedied immediately. Pool was cleaned daily and porches swept. Maid cleaned twice in a weeks stay. Great attention to comfort. Potato Morales is very safe and friendly…loved this stay and will be back! You c can’t go wrong!

Vacation

This house is absolutely breath-taking. You're located directley on the beach with gorgeous views of the sunset every morning. The house is huge and great for large families or multiple couples. Each bedroom is spacious and has it's own bathroom. The house manager, Roberto, meets you upon arrival. He's very pleasant and is easy to reach if you have any problems. Roberto knows and chef, massage person and he will also send over a local company that can assist with any excursions or transportation, if needed. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. If you prefer to taxi, it's $3 into town or back. Our friends and family had a wonderful time. We weren't ready to leave. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Relaxing retreat

This place is a gem. It is located far enough from the center of town but within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Having a pool and beach right at your fingertips is so convenient, especially for families of all ages. Even tho Casa Pajaros is nestled between a small hotel and another residence, there is complete privacy. Roberto, the property manager, is always available and quickly responds to any needs we had. The property is well maintained. Make sure to get an amazing massage with Gabriela!

Bad maintenance

The property location was wonderful. Great pool and ocean access. We didn't think the beds on the 3rd floor were queens. We were a group of elderly family average age of 72. From 65 to 82. There is no railing to go up to 3rd flood, there were showers on 3rd floor , but absolutely no water pressure. The dishwasher was broken for all 10 days, so we all got sick using tap water to wash our dishes. The coffee maker broke. 5 of the 11 people came down with diahrea. I think the lack of clean dishes was responsible

Wonderful ocean front house

The house is fantastic! We loved Puerto Morelos! The property is safe, beautiful and clean. Roberto the property manager will help you take care of any questions or problems you have. Housekeeping came twice while we there and the pool is cleaned daily. One of the pool guys is also a chef and makes fabulous meals at your request. Loved everything! Would absolutely rent again!

Fantastic house and location

The property was fantastic and the beach is beautiful. It is easy to walk or bike to places around town from the home. The manager was very helpful and the house had things you need other properties sometimes do not provide (spices, coffee Filters, storage containers) We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

Better than Expected

The pictures don't do the property justice. It is bigger and better than it looks in the images. Roberto was incredibly helpful and we had the staff cook a couple of meals for our group which were all delicious. If you drive here yourself there is off-street gated parking available and you are only 10 minutes from the route de cenotes which are truly a unique experience. We really enjoyed 7 bocas with its well lit 500' deep grotto as well as a jumping point. I am sure there are others that are also interesting. The only thing to note is Puerto Morelos is growing fast and that includes a new hotel next door. They were calmer than we feared, though the bar plays music on the weekends it seems it was only during the day and they turned it down/off by 8 pm each night.

Beautiful place

Everything was excellent. Great location close to downtown. Walkable distance to quaint coffee and breakfast places. Had wonderful places to eat and fun beach bars nearby. There were three couples that stayed and everyone loved the house and town of Puerto Morelos. Highly recommend!

Our Stay in Peurto Moreles

The property was everything we wished for except: The so called "spa" was very disappointing because there was no hot water. I especially looked forward to that feature. The mat under the large table needs to be thrown out. The slats are poking up and my grandson hurt his foot on it. Roberto said that he would change it. One more thing - a small complaint, but irritating - why can't you supply paper towels for the kitchen. There is a holder for it. But after that being said it was a perfect vacation ---except---why can't you have hot water in the spa. Tamara Rogers

Our return to Casa Pajoros confirmed our memories of last year! GREAT HOUSE, GREAT TOWN!

Space to be together inside and out! Yet accommodates those who relish quiet rejuvenation of body and spirit. Activities galore - scuba, fishing, snorkeling, beach walks, architectural ruins, cooking classes at Mexico Lindo (new for us this year), bocce, kites - not to mention reading on one of the gracious porches or beside the beautiful pool and great FOOD at restaurants, at home and delivered to the house by Filene and his mother. When you arrive, the week looks to stretch out long before you - after about 2 days, you realize you could stay much, much longer! We all need a Roberto in our lives - he fixes any problem, can arrange any event and has a wonderful welcoming smile. Already trying yo coordinate our far-flung family’s schedule for next year!

Wonderful place for a family trip

We stayed here for Christmas week with our extended family, ranging in age from 8 to 77. The beach, pool, bocce ball, and overall accommodations were perfect. We had private spaces as well as space to be together. The kitchen was well equipped and we did some cooking. We were in walking distance to the town square and many good restaurants. This hpuse more than met our expectetions. Pamela responded in a timely manner to all my questions before we arrived and Roberto was very responsive while we were there. I highly recommend this place. It is even better than it looks online.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA ON BEACHFRONT

Casa Pajaros is a beautiful vacation villa located on a sandy beach that is accessible to restaurants, beach volleyball, massage parlor, bars, etc. Puerto Morelos is a charming village walkable from the villa. and we strolled for dinner or a breakfast daily. There were many Mayan ruins and cenotes to visit within driving distance of half an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. (all different and magnificent.) The villa staff came regularly and were available for our needs, including pool/spa maintenance and questions that popped up. GREAT STAY!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

The Home was perfect for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Roberto was very kind and helpful. The meals we had brought in were delicious. The Home is well stocked for kitchen supplies, beach toys, towels, etc. I highly recommend this vacation spot! We walked in to town for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. It’s very quiet here...not too touristy. Fabulous!!

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

A wonderful house that accomodates folks who love to be together but also like their own space. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to let all enjoy their togetherness and their privacy plus an extra full bath to boot. Great well equipped kitchen, wonderful porch, beautiful pool and the beach is right there! Puerto Morelos is a charming town with plenty of great food and options for fishing, snorkeling, diving and shopping (I guess). No one in our group wanted to spend any time shopping! We can't imagine a better place for a vacation! Roberto and Pam (the owner) both made us feel welcome and cared for. We will hope to come again!

Perfect family holidays

The house exceeded our expectations. White sand and the pool right in front of us. We were 6 adults and 4 children, everybody With their own ensuite accommodation. Robert , the house manager was very helpful, reliable and available. The garden and the pool was immaculate and we also had the cleaning crew coming twice during our stay. Our children and grandchildren will never forget this vacation! Thanks!

Paradise!!!

One week was not enough. The house was even more than we expected. The location is perfect. We had every amenity we needed. The entire staff took care of our every need. Meals in were such a treat we booked them three times. We highly recommend that you plan your next vacation now!

it was a great 9 days for all of us

House was clean and beautiful, pool was nice to cool off in, staff and cleaners were great as we expected from previous reviews, house owner accommodated us on very short notice and got us all set up fast and painless. Really not much to say, we got what we paid for and enjoyed our entire trip, if we needed anything it was two minutes away with the push of one button on the phone. Thanks again for the relaxing vacation.

Paradise!

Our family spent a week in this amazing home and loved every minute! The house is very well kept and comfortable. The pool and views are amazing. We loved the location... close to bars and town but far enough away that it's peaceful! Thank you Pam and Roberto for accommodating our family and sharing this piece of paradise with us! great family location

This was our second visit to Casa Pajaros. The location is superb and the home is an excellent spot for large family or group gatherings. Roberto and the Casa maintenance staff provide excellent service and respond immediately to any needs. We found the kitchen was beginning to show signs of wear, the dishwasher was not working well but neither affected our good times. We did all our own cooking for 12 people and everything was there to do so. The decks and pool were kept spotless by the garden crew. We set up our own beach volleyball in the private beach lot and had hours of great games to the delight of locals lounging nearby. Puerto Morelos is a very special town working hard to preserve local life and traditions. Casa Pajaros is a unique property in the midst of this great area and a wonderful base to explore the region.
