This 1395 square foot gem sits on over 13,000 square foot property. The private fenced in yard has 3 mature fruit trees (orange tree and 2 grapefruits), fire pit and over 1000 square foot patio, as well as a large Arizona room.

The house has 2bds/2baths split floor plan, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching the 50 inch TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a walk-in closet and 50 inch tv and the 2nd bathroom is just across the hall.

The living room has queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests, a 65' TV with Blue-Ray DVD player and PlayStation 3 with games (for the kids at heart). house is equipped with Panoramic WIFI.
All TV's are equipped with HBO, Netflix, Hulu and Cox Cable.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances and comforts of home or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

House is also equipped with Amazon Alexa, you can ask her recipes, to set timers, pay music and so much more!

**Westbrook Village is a 40+ plus community with two Championship Golf Courses and two Rec Centers featuring Olympic size swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, Library and restaurants. Secure RV parking is available.

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. Great house, clean, relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were easy to work with and have a great spot. Neighborhood is nice, quiet, and relaxing. Fire pit in the back was a nice touch, and it was really close to our family that we were visiting. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come to town.

Relaxing Getaway

5++ Stars - a beautiful, clean, relaxing property in excellent condition. The owners Trish and Eric have made a quiet haven in the middle of Peoria with all the comforts of home, including the best equipped kitchen of any property we have rented. Yummy citrus fruits from the peaceful backyard and a great location. Absolutely recommend staying here whenever you are in the area!

Amazing Property

As is with all of this owner's properties, it was very clean an well appointed with an unmatched attention to detail. It is always a 5 star experience. Whenever we travel in the Surprise area we seek out this owners properties.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly imagine needing. We were in town for a family wedding and had visitors coming and going at times. Everyone that visited loved the place as much as we did. I wish it had been a little cooler so that we could have utilized the wonderful outdoor space but maybe next time. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

This Home superseded my expectations!!!

This home is immaculate! It has everything you would have in your own home. Excellent location, golf course, shopping, restaurants and food stores and the area is great! Provides you with a warm and cozy feeling, fire pit, grill, screened outdoor area etc. Please do not sleep on the home you will not be disappointed! Looking forward to staying here again😊

Perfect!

Great home in a safe neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. Well stocked down to the toiletries in case we forgot anything. The welcome bottle of wine and candy was a nice touch. Owner Tricia was in touch periodically making sure everything was ok. Amazing!

Great place!

Super house that is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully furnished with everything needed...great linens, toiletries that might have been forgotten, spices and decent cooking utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen...even a BBQ and a fire pit in the backyard. The neighborhood is great for walking and there is access to the local rec center & gym. Convenient location near shopping and with easy freeway access, but tucked nicely into a quiet neighborhood area. Trish and Eric were great hosts...friendly and always available to answer questions or recommend places to go. This was a great place to stay. Thanks!

Wonderful Down Time

We had a great time in this wonderful home. We had just spent months working on boats and needed a time to do nothing. There were so many extras that we didn't expect. The wine and candy were great. We spent a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed it so much. Everyone we met were so welcoming. Thank you Trish and Eric. We hope to come back next year. It is a great place to stay when you come for Cardinals games.

Topeka House is outstanding

Our first experience with HomeAway sets the bar very high. Updated in every regard, clean, well located, owner does a great job of stocking supplies. Very relaxing quiet neighborhood. Private backyard. Patio area great for eating or enjoying the sunshine. 2 car garage. Owners responded to a water temp. problem and had it resolved the same day.

Beautiful, super clean home in a quiet neighborhood.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The interior is so tastefully decorated. And everything you could want was provided, and then some. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard & watching the birds. Also, I ate an orange every day, picked right from the orange tree in the backyard. Took a walk to the clubhouse one day & had a delicious lunch, then walked over to the pool & spent some time enjoying the spa. The home is located near a nice supermarket & many restaurants. Great location! We look forward to staying here again.

The best!

We have stayed in all three of Trish’s homes in Westbrook Village over the past several years and have never been disappointed! We won’t stay anywhere else! The homes are always clean and fully stocked. She even leaves a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something. She also leaves a “welcome” dish of chocolates which I thoroughly enjoy being a chocoholic! Trish is in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything is ok. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Peoria area look no further. Thanks again Trish!!

Great vacation home

It’s was with such ease that we organized this vacation accommodation, the host Trish is fantastic, her taste and standards of which she keeps this home is of a very high standard. We had everything we needed within the house and any questions I had were promptly answered by a quick text. Wifi was fast, beds were so comfy, The wine and chocolate waiting for our arrival was a lovely surprise. Trish has thought of everything, if you forget any toiletries it’s there for you if need be. There are also bikes provided to get around the lovely neighbourhood. We highly recommend this home and will must definitely be back if we visit the Peoria area again. Thanks Trish, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Everything is covered

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. My wife and I do NOT like to go out and eat so the cooking facilitates were top notch. All the utensils needed were available right down to a potato peeler. The grill was large enough to handle 3 large steaks, 3 pork chops and 4 chicken breasts and cooked them perfectly. There was even a large platter for a turkey which was perfect to serve that large assortment of meat. HA! The bed is the Master bedroom was so comfortable. I felt like I was in my own bed at home. The large tv in the front room was so nice. The electronic front door lock was very nice as we didn't have to deal with a key. We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

A home with all the bells and whistles.

This Westbrook Village home has all you could ask for in a rental. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and access to the freeways, but not so close that you would hear any traffic. It is very clean, updated, and the furniture is comfortable. We have stayed at many home rentals and they are not always this comfortable. As well as a property that allows pets that is this clean and fresh...it’s hard to find. And it does have all the bells and whistles as far as kitchen, and barbecue needs, cable tv, Hulu, Alexi, well you name it, most rentals are not this connected. I have to say, it was a perfect home and Trish could not have been more available and helpful. And yes, we loved the wine and chocolates such a nice touch. We will be renting again next year.

Beautiful Home and Great Owner

My wife and myself needed a temporary home for a few weeks while we waited to close on our house, we were in the process of relocating. I ended up having to stay back for most of the rental period so my wife was staying there by herself. Trish introduced herself to Julie upon arrival, made the all the codes easy to remember, and even showed her around town. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and well equipped the house was. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil / equipment you would need including to a new grill in the back yard. The house could not have been more comfortable. The backyard is quite spacious and private. The location is right near two golf courses each with club houses (restaurants) and many other amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience!

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood in Peoria. The house has quality furnishings, three TV’s, internet, and Alexa. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could ask for. There is an enclosed porch and a good sized backyard with a table, seating, a barbecue grill (which we didn’t use, and three fruit trees. One minor issue: the mattress in the master bedroom is quite high. My wife has a mobility issue and could not climb into bed, however she was comfortable in the queen bed in the second bedroom.

We really felt at home here

If you want the short and sweet, the property was as pictured and advertised. It is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, which is convenient to shopping and dining. Our host was responsive and accommodating. But if you want the way we really feel, it's hard to find words to say how much we have enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Among all the things we have enjoyed are the big back yard which our dogs have loved, the delicious grapefruit which lasted through the first month of our stay, the beautiful and comfy living room, the really comfortable bed (and we are picky), and the shower which we would like to take home with us. And in turn, we have appreciated the MORE than fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom amenities, the games, books and movies that were enough to last for a year, and that basically ANYTHING we could possibly want was here. Add to that, our wonderful host who immediately responded to any questions we had. This was a complete package!

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!
