Villa Cessasilva is located in a quiet little street, a few hundred meters from the center of the world-famous town of Sarlat-la-Canéda and just 300 meters from your French bakery. An absolute opportunity to explore this beautiful city on foot. Sarlat is also a perfect base to discover all the beautiful things the Dordogne has to offer. This very spacious holiday home has been completely renovated and is very comfortable (including air conditioning), it is also tastefully decorated and still has the classic appearance of a typical traditional French house. Villa Cessasilva has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with a lovely heated swimming pool (open from 26 April - temperature heated to around 25 degrees), a covered spacious outdoor terrace with lounge and BBQ. Inside
Large modern living room with open kitchen (40m2) with direct access to the terrace and your wonderful private swimming pool. A lovely ensuite bedroom is located downstairs, ideal for older people or if you want to be a bit more private. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Outside
The garden of Cessasilva is super quiet, completely private and has a heated private swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters. The swimming pool is protected by an alarm which guarantees the safety of small children. There is enough parking space around the house. At the swimming pool is a covered area with lounge area, large dining table and BBQ. Dogs are very welcome. The garden is also completely dog proof fenced.
Surroundings
The beautiful center of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its numerous restaurants and shops is a real "must" for every visitor to the Dordogne. But the beautiful towns such as Roque-Gageac and Domme are only a short distance from your stay. There is so much to see and experience in the Dordogne that it is impossible to discover this during one stay. You just have to book a next time to be able to experience and see everything…
