In the best location of Kolonaki in central Athens, a luxurious 85 sq.m. new flat, 50 meters from Kolonaki square. Just off kolonaki square the most fashionable shopping area and the most famous attractions of Athens. The apartment has a king size bed, with its 42 inchTV set and large closets , with its own bathroom with shower. There is a separate living room area with an unfolding queen size sofa that sleeps in comfort another two persons. There is a 60 inch smart set in the living room and a 40 inch smart tv in the bedroom (both with Netflix, YouTube, etc). Fast WIFI (100 plus upload, 10 plus download). The living room has a balcony that is facing a well known Millioni street for its shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. A second independent shower next to the living room with an independent toilet room serves the two people that may sleep in the living room. A baby cod is available upon request. Modern fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer is available (Miele). There is a part time doorman at the building.

Great apartment, great location, great hosts. Check in was great, communication was great. I recommend this apartment 100%. You can walk to everything, including great restaurants and a bakery all 30 meters away. Shower was excellent, laundry worked great and was actually understandable without translation. This is the place, book it!

The apartment is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The hosts are two of the nicest one could meet, very responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on any future visits to Athens, it was fabulous! Thank you.

Great location and great hosts! Katerina was wonderful and always so helpful with our questions. Arranged for us to have beach towels and secured transport to the airport when there was a taxi strike! In an unfamiliar city, she made us feel comfortable. The flat is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. Food and coffee are just steps away. All the sites are within walking distance. Would defenitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful stay in Kolonaki

Katerina is a wonderful host. She was so helpful with everything. Her apartment is well appointed with anything you might need for your stay in Athens. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Athens. The location is fabulous, so many nice restaurants and shops nearby, close to the Syntagma metro station. If you have a chance to stay here - book this property!

The Best

Our stay in Kolonaki was Great from the time we arrived we were helped with our bags by the host. Our apartment was great it had everything including wine and fresh fruit. Big screen TVs and also has a great restaurant on the street below. Beautiful view of Athens!!!We will stay here again. Every detailed item we needed was there. Thank you!!!

Lovely and convenient

Katerina was a wonderful host-she made arrangements for an early check in, helped w reservations to restaurant for my husband’s birthday, a car to the airport, and more! The apartment was very convenient with restaurants, markets and nice shops nearby. It had all the conveniences needed. Thank you for a lovely stay in Athens!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with art and photography, and has everything you need — a full kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and thoughtful details throughout.One of our favorite features was the lovely porch overlooking Milioni Street — a charming, tree-lined lane filled with cozy cafés and people enjoying their day. It was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and take in the local atmosphere.The location couldn’t be better — right in Kolonaki, one of Athens’ most elegant neighborhoods. It’s close to the central attractions yet just far enough away to enjoy quiet streets, great restaurants, and excellent shopping.It truly felt like living as a local in one of the best parts of the city. Highly recommend — a must-stay when visiting Athens!

Stay in Athens

We had a wonderful stay in Athens. The apartment is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The pictures of the apartment were very accurate. It was very attractive, well decorated with high end touches throughout. Our host, Katerina, was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was in a great location. Close to restaurants, shops and the Metro. I highly recommend this property The apartment

Amazing doesn't begin to describe this modern, fabulous apartment. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need to make you feel right at home! Bed, oh so comfy. Perfect location with sidewalk cafés, bakeries, shopping and grocery stores near by. Owner arranged a driver to take us to the airport for early morning flight.Would definitely stay here again!,

Clean and comfortable!

This is a fantastic flat with comfortable beds and a great communicating host. It’s located in one of the most prestigious shopping neighborhoods with easy to walk or ride to all of Athens highlights like the acropolis, Plaka , Sindgama square, monoseraki and much more. We couldn’t say enough good things about this flat and it’s hosts. Thank soo much Katerina!

Fabulous place to stay in Athens. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and a great location.

We loved this place and the host was great and very quick at responding. It had a lot of extras for us which made our stay all the better like a well stacked kitchen with coffee, water, chocolates etc. It is in a great location with restaurants steps away. The subway is close and it is walking distance to the sites. Its a very spacious apartment and beautifully decorated . Beds couch etc were comfortable. A/C in bedroom and living area which was very nice. We highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Couldn't be happier

Katerina and Yiannis were the best hosts. So responsive, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect. Better than expected. There were thoughtful touches, like chocolate and a bottle of wine. The AC worked perfectly, the internet was high speed and so reliable, the balcony is adorable and overlooks a fun part of town, and the location couldn't be more convenient.

OMG-what a wonderful apartment

Katerina could not have been nicer throughout the rental process. The apartment is stunning, fabulous location. Everything you could want was in the apartment. So nice to have a washer dryer. Her husband thoughtfully came over to help us w the safe. If you have the chance to book this apartment- quick book it. You will not be disappointed. We will came back !

Kolonaki Adventure

We stayed for a week at this apartment just recently, this was our second time staying here...the first was in 2019. the apartment is just what we expected it to be. It is modern, clean, with two bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa. everything worked, it is in a phenomenal location close to all the nightlife and yet it is very quiet. Katerina our host as usual had everything ready for us including light snacks, fruit and wine!!! everything worked perfectly and certainly we plan on staying there next year when we are back in Athens. One of the Best Tourist Apartments Ever!

We stayed for 6 delightful weeks in Katerina's beautiful art-filled apartment. It has everything you might need, all brand new. Very quiet, excellent A/C, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Location is excellent in upscale Kolonaki, 2 minutes to the grocery store, cafes and restaurants all around. You can walk to many tourist attractions. Inexpensive cabs are readily available. 10 minute walk to the Metro. We have stayed in about 60 tourist apartments around the world and this is one of the best. And Katerian quickly responded to all questions and concerns. When we come back to Athens, we will look to return to Katerina's apartment.

Athens Visit

We reserved this property several months before our arrival on September 22 leaving on the 29th. The apartment was exactly as the pictures which was a pleasant surprise as there were no surprises!! Katerina greeted us and explained all the details and even had a bottle of wine as a welcome for us, much needed. The apartment was awesome everything worked and things we couldn’t quite figure out was solved easily via text or call. The neighborhood was in the heart of everything as well. I can tell you that whenever we are on Athens I will do whatever I can to stay at this apartment. A fantastic property, great owners who were there to assist in everything...an overall excellent experience that I cannot wait for again in 2020 Yogi

Beautiful Kolonaki Apartment

We stayed in Katerina's Central Athens apartment for 5 nights in May. It is very conveniently situated for everything - bars, restaurants, shopping and transportation. The street is narrow, busy and noisy (lots of taxis passing the door) but we liked the buzz of being in the city centre and the noise did not disturb! The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and very quiet. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Katerina was very quick to respond to any queries we had. It was hot and the air con is very efficient and quiet. We only used it at night in the bedroom as we loved having the French windows open in the lounge. Katerina's welcome treats were a lovely surprise. Would we stay here again? Most definitely!

We fell in love with Kolonaki because of this lovely flat!

Katerina is such a kind and considerate host! She is so easy to talk to and was always quick to respond or address any issues that came up during our 5 week stay. Katerina arranged for her daughter to meet us upon arrival, even though we got in at 3 am. She also left some wine and sweet treats for us! We absolutely fell in love with the Kolonaki neighborhood because of the amazing location of this lovely flat. The apartment is right on a shopping street in upscale Kolonaki and directly across the street from a pedestrian-only block with cute restaurants and cafes. There is another pedestrian-only street a block up. The energy in this neighborhood is lively but sophisticated. Despite being right in the mix, we never heard late night crowds being rowdy or disruptive. The apartment is actually very quiet considering its central location. The booking came with twice weekly cleanings. The king bed was super comfy! My husband and I and our two small dogs all loved our stay!

This was my second stay!

I love this apartment so much. It could not possibly be in a better location. It's fully remodeled and modern and comfortable, quiet, reliable high speed internet, everything you need, and the hosts are the absolute best. I've stayed there twice now and I'll stay there again the next chance I get!

Katerina and her apartment

Katerina was an excellent host!! She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very welcome! Her apartment is in a great neighborhood in Athens. And it was nice having a kitchen and washer and dryer for the time we spent there. I would highly recommend staying at Katerina’s!!!!
