Stylish Harbour View Apartment in a Private Building
Modern and stylishly designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with views of the water. A perfect base for exploring Galway. Our apartment is just a few minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and the train station is within a five minute walk.
There is no parking available with this property due to it's central location. If you require parking, please do reach out to us a few days before you arrive and we can send you information on the best local parking options for your stay.
The Space:
Our place is one of Four apartments in the same building, side by side, so if you have a larger group please contact us and we can check on the availability of the neighbouring apartments.
We like to think of this apartment as the ācaptains quartersā due to itās gold tones, foam green sofas, wood effect kitchen cabinetry, and black/grey wood flooring and wall colour. Quite strong in character but very comfortable and welcoming.
The apartment is over two levels. Striking lime, grey, and black carpet greet you immediately as you walk up the stairs to the first level and you know that you are walking into a stylish apartment.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area, a great gathering space and has water views. Green velvet sofas offering comfortable seating, coffee table and a large flat screen Smart Tv which gives you access to your Netflix account is great for watching a movie or planning your Irish adventure. Or why not chill out on our window seat with a good book, maybe a glass of vino, and take in the harbour activity.
If you need to catch up on some emails our dining bench with leather stools give you the added convenience of wall built in USB ports, and you can even take in the view of the harbour while you work.
Another gorgeous feature of this water view apartment is the wood grain and gloss kitchen mix. Very unique design. It is fully equipped with all major appliances, washing machine with built in dryer, integrated fridge freezer, and all the dishes and cookware youāll need for your stay.
On this floor is the first bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. On the second floor there is a main bathroom with a walk in shower finished in modern style and accessories. Two more bedrooms are on this floor including the master with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and water view.
All of our bedrooms have luggage racks for your convenience.

The harbour area of Galway city is a perfect base for exploring Galway. The apartment is less than 3 minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. You couldn't be in a better place, everything is on your doorstep!
A stable internet connection is available which makes it perfect for those who work from home.
Apex - Peace Of Mind:
This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.
All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
Other things to note:
We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. We do not rent to locals.
There is a set of stairs leading from the street level to the courtyard and another set of steps up to the apartment.
CCTV is present in the common area and courtyard
**NOISE Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

Getting Around:
We are close to the train and coach station. If you would like to book tours please contact us and we can offer you the best suggestions for itineraries.
Interaction with Guests:
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so youāll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situationsāsuch as a lockout or trouble with directionsāa mobile number will also be available.
Important to Note:
There is a ā¬400 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.
Please be aware that refunds following a cancellation may be subject to associated banking or payment processing fees.
