Casa Mariposa - next door to Casita Mariposa

This is one of two connected properties . This one has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom and large kitchen. There is a salon upstairs with views of the countryside and you will have use of a large shady garden for lunch, and lounging around.

The house is ideally located for walking to Sober (15 minutes) via a woodland path or via the road, and for the municipal swimming pool (see photo) which is 15 minutes walk also, through a pretty village.

The location is great for birdwatchers as the raptors circle about on the thermals around the property, and the house sparrows chirp as they nest in the eaves.

Parking is very limited close to the casa and the lanes are very narrow. Guests will need to park 120 m from the casa, where there is public parking, accessed by a wide road. It is safe and you will walk through the hamlet to the property, taking around 1-2 minutes.

Please note, the house does not have its own swimming pool.

There are a number of cats in the garden which surrounds the property. They will not enter the house but please be aware of them, and if you are not comfortable with cats perhaps this is not the property for you.
