Everything you need to see in the center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necessary.

Spacious and newly renovated, the artistic apartment is situated in a PERFECT LOCATION. Right in the middle of it all, yet VERY QUIET and peaceful. The location is one of the best ones in Zagreb as Ilica street leads you directly in easy 5 min on foot to the Main Square or in 3 min to all the museums and main historical sites (2 min walk from funicular to old Upper Town). The infrastructure is excellent; there is a bank next door with 24h ATM, several grocery stores, health food stores, and bakeries few steps away, lots of restaurants and shops and famous open market Dolac is several minutes by foot. This is the most famous shopping street in Zagreb. If you like to walk, run or just relax in a park, one of the biggest parks Tuškanac is 2 mins. from the apartment. 🍸 The passage to Tuškanac park from Ilica street is a very popular area with high-end designer ateliers, bars, and art movie theatre. Pedestrian zone with popular Flower Square is a short walk also. There you can find the only shopping mall in the city center.

Artistic, fully furnished and equipped apartment with high ceilings that combine historical elements with modern décor can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. There is one king size bed. The place consists of a kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The place is very quiet with a city view.
It is situated on the first floor accessible by stairs, secured by a separate entrance. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained.
We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge.

The apartment is very warm during winter with a heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well.
🥐🥑🍉🍽 The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). The hairdryer is also provided.
Fresh linen and lots of white fluffy towels are a standard offers of the apartment, all professionally cleaned. 🚿🧼🧻

The bedroom is the heart of the apartment, it is large and spacious, with a new mattress (aloe vera armature), high quality, warm, medically and orthopedically approved.
There is enough storage space in this room, don't hesitate to put your stuff anywhere you like.
Mornings in Zagreb are worth to feel and see. It is so quiet and peaceful so if you like a long sleep, you will enjoy having breakfast outside.
