Close to NAS Pensacola west entrance

We visited for a short beach vacation while also visiting our sailor at NAS Pensacola. This was a gorgeous property and is just as pretty and clean as listed! It was such easy access to get onto base from the west entrance. Thank you for the gorgeous stay!!!! These land-locked Hoosiers loved the beach front view!!!

Fantastic honeymoon. Couldn't have had a better view or location. The pool and hit tub were great, the complimentary chairs and umbrella were one of my favorite things. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the huge bedroom with a king bed and a walk in closet. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful condo

My family and I loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view. The washer and dryer and large master bath were nice extras and we really enjoyed the balcony. Parking was a bit stressful, especially when we first arrived and needed to unload, but we quickly got used to it.

Our family couldn't have been happier! The condo was beautiful and perfectly sized for our family of 4. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The proprty was also wonderful. Steps from the beach, it couldn't have been more convenient. Evening swims in the heated lap pool were fun and relaxing. We are earmarking this place for a return trip!!

An excellent family summer getaway!

This condo was great! Staying right on the beach and also having access to the pool made our stay so relaxing. Nothing compares to sitting out on the balcony at night, and waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning. a true vacation experience. The gulf was rough when we were there from some storms rolling through, so my young kids couldn't really swim at the beach much, but they did love the pool. This was a great place to stay! The condo has everything we needed. The full kitchen came in handy and we especially loved having the washer and dryer. Game changer! We'll be back next year.

Great condo!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. The furniture was comfy, decor was very nice, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding. Condo was clean upon arrival. Balcony had a great view! My only complaint is that the Palacio property claims to be smoke-free, and we repeatedly saw people vaping and smoking cigarettes on the property. The staff who work on site need to address this as this is a big turnoff to many guests.

The biggest problem with this property, is that there are only 2 elevators for 19 floors. The dishwasher was broken, as was vacuum. The condo was clean though, and location was wonderful.

My only complaint is that when I booked this property through VRBO is that it came up under Orange Beach. AL. I was quite surprised when I booked it and it came up Perdido Key, FL! After the initial shock...We arrived and had the most wonderful time. For those of you that donā€™t know, Perdido Key is a barrier Island off the coast of Florida at Pensacola. Perdido Key is beautiful and amazing with private beaches! Loved the condo! It had everything we needed for our family of six for the week. Shopping is close by, including cute, tasteful and affordable little beach shops directly across the street. We ordered Pizza one evening for dinner, and had a wonderful, but somewhat pricey dinner for six at a nearby Oyster Restaurant. Otherwise we chose to have our meals at the condo or on the beach. Donā€™t forget the charcoal for the poolside steaks or burger grilling. Fabulous vacation! We will be back!!

Beautiful view horrible customer service

This condo has an awesome view. However, under the pullout couch had old food. The beds were all super uncomfortableā€¦ but mainly the pullout. We waited a day and half for our parking passes and received a warning while waiting on them!!!! It took 3 messages to get them. We were short a pool/beach bracelet so one of the 5 people had to stay back the first night. The Security beat on our door screaming security scared us half to death all over a towel hanging on the balcony. While my teenage daughter was getting out of the pool some drunk men chunked a beer can at her while whistling at herā€¦. I will never go back!

Wonderful condo and area!

This condo unit is very nice...beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I just got back from a 4 night stay...wish it had been longer! The kitchen was very well stocked, the master bed was sooo comfortable, and the living room furniture - especially the swivel chairs - were great! The Palacio is a really nice condo, with a pretty pool area and boardwalk. The only negative thing I could say (and itā€™s actually not a negative!) is how the balcony faces sideways to the beach. Due to Perdido Sun condo on one side, you canā€™t see the sunset very well. The sunrise isnā€™t as visible on the other side due to not looking straight on to the ocean. But, again, if I can only find one thing thatā€™s less than ā€œutterly fantastic!ā€ Iā€™d say thatā€™s pretty good! The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We ate at Jellyfish twice (recommend sushi and oysters!), went to Flor-A-Bama, which was fun, and rode our wave runners in Perdido Bay and Pensacola Bay. A little too windy to take them in the ocean. Also saw the Blue Angels practice, which was incredible! Overall a terrific time!
