Free Wi-fi, free internet tv with all Saturday premier league football matches live and hundreds of latest films plus Netflix, YouTube, box office specials all free. We have now added a new xbox one s with 2 controls and loads of great games all free for guests to use on our account. Free full new air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Fully tiled kitchen with all amenities . ie . filtered water for drinking, granite tops, fitted fan oven, dishwasher, extractor, coffeemaker , f/freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, griddle etc. Granite and stainless high table with 5 high backed leather look stainless stools for morning coffee, sliding glass door to fully tiled utility room with w/machine, dryer, tall fridge for drinks only, granite worktops, fitted shower cubicle for easy pool access, also a cloakroom for easy pool access. There is a door to the fully nonslip tiled pool area and patio (with a white metal safety gate with an extra handle high up so small children cannot open it on their own). Plenty of cushioned seats in seating areas and cushioned sun beds. Also a barbecue in a house chimney with a lighted preparation area with an enclosed cupboard for supplied bbq equipment and a wide electric griddle if you don’t fancy bbq’ing but like to cook outside. There is a company made childproof safety barrier that can be utilised to keep small children away from the bbq area and stop access to the pool if you wish. There are 2 electrically operated 4 metre sun blinds that go up on there own if too windy for safety. One over the poolside, one over the outside dining area. There is a security light , and bright l.e.d. lights for evenings spent relaxing outside.The luxurious lounge has bifold doors to the outside dining area with an electrically operated full white metal shutter for security at night. leather sofas seating, and a 65” wall mounted tv. Downstairs is a queen sized bedroom with a safe, next to a lovely rainfall shower-room. with toilet and sink. Up easy marble stairs to the master bedroom with super king size bed, 50” wall mounted internet tv separate from lounge tv reception for viewing upstairs. Sliding doors with white metal safety shutters to a spacious balcony with table and 2 chairs and a ceiling fan over looking the pool. Bedroom 3 is 2 luxurious single beds and a lovely en-suite with rainfall shower, sink, and toilet Bedroom 4 is 2 of the same single beds. The upstairs has a separate lovely rainfall shower room, sink and toilet. All the house floors are fully tiled so no spillage worries. We refurbished from scratch to our own specs . throughout so we think everything will be to your satisfaction. The lovely beach is just a couple of minutes walk around the corner, and the square with many restaurants and many bars is also just two or three minutes walk. Almost opposite the house is a pharmacy, a newsagent tobacconist, a great bakers, and a supermarket, although Lidl’s, and a new Aldi are not too far away. The old Spanish town , Spanish restaurants, and beaches are a pleasant 10/15 minutes walk along the road. There is a great market Saturdays two minutes away from the house in the other direction. A car is definitely not necessary, although it’s nice to explore the lovely mar menor area and further. The beautiful historic cartagena is 25 minutes away and worth visiting.
