We had a really lovely stay at Nan's Cottage! Great location for exploring Norfolk, with a lovely pub easy walking distance away. The hot tub was a nice treat. We have a young baby and it was great for our family but will just flag the bedrooms don't have complete blackout blinds, in case that is a concern.

Very welcoming hosts.Appreciated the bottl e of wine, which was a nice unexpected touch.Very comfortable accommodation and the beds were super.We really enjoyed chilling out in the hot tub lt was a very relaxing stay.Our two dogs felt very much at home too.Having the big fields at the back of the property was so handy and the nice secure gardens ideal.The location was great for exploring North Norfolk.Can recommend the local pub and deli shop .

Brilliant weekend break with the family. Hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and the cute cabin for indoor barbecuing was great when the weather turned rather chilly in the evening. Kevin was just a call away to attend to any questions we may have had.The accommodation was dog friendly and secure. Pub just down the road for an amazing Sunday lunch. Cherry on top of the cake was a lovely bottle of wine awaiting us as we entered the kitchen...All in all a win,win weekend, thank you Kevin.

Great stay in great location. Cottage is as described and hot tub is great bonus and both us and kids loved it. Some previous guests had broken some things but Kevin sorted quickly and had great communication with us

Amazing stay

The property was really nice, the kids loved the hot tub, they were left chocolate bunnies for Easter which was amazing. The house was really clean and beautiful.

Great quiet cottage with everything you need

perfect back for exploring the area. peaceful and quiet village, just the place to unwind, with added bonus of hot tub it's got everything you need .

Lovely cottage in great location

We stayed for a long weekend and used the cottage as a base for exploring from. The cottage is perfect - clean, tidy and a great location. Kevin was a great host and helped solve a problem very quickly. The hot tub is a great addition. We will be back again in the not too distant future.

Lovely place to stay

The property is very well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub is great along with the outside seating area. The host is very helpful The cottage is ideally located for visiting the coast of for going into town if the weather isnt the best. The only downfall with the property is that the firepit house takes upchalf of the garden but not useable.for helthand safety reasons but apart from that the place is great

Awesome break

Kevin was so lovely and friendly. Easy to find and keys etc were easy to find. Cottage was tastefully decorated and had everything you needed. The cleanliness was great and we really enjoyed our time in the cottage. The garden was well kept and the hot tub was a fab addition. The surrounding area was beautiful and with so many different things to do all within a short distance. The pubs and restaurants were also plentiful. All in all 10/10 from us!

Ideal location

We wanted a nice cottage with a hot tub that was close enough to drive a short while to a beach. This is exactly what we got. Kevin and Jan are excellent hosts. They are friendly, approachable and helpful whilst keeping enough distance to give us privacy. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lots of maintenance issues with this property Bathroom : blocked toilet which host tried to unblock with a jet wash from inside the bathroom Shower control broken not able to adjust temperature Overall dusty and dirty Towels smelt musty Hot tub: controls broken BBQ hut: unavailable due to being used as Christmas Decoration storage Bedrooms : broken drawer fronts broken blinds downstairs smelt mouldy new pillows needed in all rooms Living room : no carbon monoxide detector for safety for log burner Polystyrene ceiling tiles a fire hazard only one smoke alarm in back bedroom Windows and doors need attention most stick when opening and shutting Overall a very tired property

relaxing weekend in well appointed cottage

Nans dottage is a well appointed cottage in quiet and tranquil village just 20 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and beaches. There are many thoughtful facilities added by the host from hot tub to coffee maker. There is a great TV but apparently the previou guests had broken the remote and DVD cord which reduced its attraction. Kevin the host was responsive and helpful despite being unwell at the time.

Great little Cottage

Set in the beautiful village of Briston, a very peaceful location. At the bottom of West End road is the local pub called the Three Horseshoes, great food, lovely staff and one of the prettiest gardens we have ever seen. The cottage has a great power shower in the bathroom which is located on the ground floor. It’s a ten minute drive to Holt and just a short drive on to Weybourne/Sheringham and Cromer. The local deli/butchers has some lovely food and they serve hog roasts everyday along with freshly made rolls, great to take to the beach.

Great place for a quiet getaway

Spent 4 relaxing days at the property. Everything was clean and orderly. The highlight was the hot tub in the secluded backyard with loads of privacy and quiet. Will certainly visit again.

Perfect family accomodation

We loved this cottage so much. Clean and with all comforts provided in quaint little village with beautiful walks in the countryside. It was the perfect accomodation for a family with young children, fabulous norfolk beaches a short drive away, and plenty of games and books to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day. Lovely and attentive hosts, excellent communication. Would love to come back again
