This tremendous apartment rests in the Lake District and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Lower Lake View is a fantastic ground-floor apartment located within the region of the Lake District. Within the property there is one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate cloakroom, and is able to sleep up to two people. The open-plan living space within the apartment consists of a kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a utility. Outside you can find a terrace area overlooking the countryside views. Lower Lake View is a fantastic property for a couple seeking a romantic getaway in the heart of the Lake District.
Amenities: Oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Tassimo coffee machine with initial supply of coffee pods.
Eco underfloor heating throughout.
2 x Smart TV.
WiFi.
Fuel and power inc. in rent.
Bed linen and towels inc in rent.
Complimentary toiletries provided.
Ample off-road parking with power chargers for electric vehicles (3 pin plug type).
Terraced patio area with garden table and chairs. Use of a two-man kayak (at guest's own risk) situated by the shore of Windermere on a lake side terrace which has seating. Life jackets are provided and kept in the property. Hot tub with lake views, accessed by external stairs.
**Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9.30am**.
STRICTLY no pets, no children or infants. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within the Louper Weir grounds.
