A short walk up the traditional cobblestone path brings you to the impressive double doors of this
superb villa. Your first view ahead on stepping inside the airy foyer will be the double living room
with its high airy ceilings and comfy plump sofas and chairs, beyond that is the pool and terrace with
sun loungers set up ready for you to start to relax into your holiday.
Start each day poolside with a BBQ breakfast under the shade on your al-fresco dining terrace and
afterwards you’ll be ready to move to the loungers for some serious sunbathing. Getting too hot?
move back inside to air conditioned rooms to read, surf or nap. Or simply catch up on your favourite
English TV channels. Sky Sports is available and the WIFI is free and fast, supporting any number of
devices!
The interiors have a fresh and airy atmosphere which feels comfortable and inviting. The furnishings
are in summery hues of blue, complemented by neutral shades of white and tan which melds
seamlessly to the outdoors. The floors inside are solid stone and during the fresher months
underfloor heating can be switched on to keep you cosy and warm.
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms for maximum comfort.
The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen with black granite work surfaces has a central island for
cooking and is large enough for more than one chef at a time. Laundry and tumble dryer facilities are
to be found on the lower floor.
5 spacious bedrooms are cool and contemporary and like the other living areas; they use a
restrained colour scheme for a luxury look that’s still relaxed and beachy. Floors here are all natural
wood to complement the neutral tones. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are on the
ground floor with one double and one twin on the upper floor. There is also a Jacuzzi baths on each
floor.
Strolling to the central Encosta do Lago reception area you will find a poolside café and bar, it takes
just five minutes on foot to get there and hook up with other guests. If you want to keep trim while
enjoying your stay speak to Marco at the gym, you can use the gym free of charge, or for a small fee
join in with his classes or private training sessions. There are also massage rooms to help de-stress
and relax. And for the evening Tucano’s restaurant with its pool views offers a variety of
Mediterranean style fish and meat dishes.
