Absolutely beautiful house full of charm carefully renovated and decorated with style. It feels like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental. 5 star amenities The host is extremely helpful full of information and details about the area including local shops restaurants etc and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best.Excellent week in a premium property we loved our week there.

We had a fantastic stay at Aster House! The property manager, Sunil, provided terrific service from start to finish, and the self check-in was seamless and the entrance door code worked perfectly without any hassle.The house was spotlessly clean throughout. Families traveling with little ones will especially love how accommodating you were; having a baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub provided made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. A unique highlight was listening to the morning church bells playing Ave Maria such a lovely, local bonus to wake up to!

Sunil was great. Loved the architecture. Space was clean and decor was great. Only downside is kitchen being on the 3rd floor. A lot of steps to get groceries up. Bath tub setup was great. Location was close to many attractions.

A wonderful stay at a gorgeous location! Beds were very comfortable and the amenities first class! Susan and Sunil were very responsive and Sunil met us on arrival to introduce us to the tecjnical features of the flat! I hope we're in Malta again so we can again enjoy this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sliema. The accommodations were fantastic and it was well equipped and maintained, plus having a washing machine was so helpful. The location was great for walking to restaurants, the water and the ferry. The host was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this property.

Stay like a local

The aster house is a perfect equipped bijou in the middle of sliema. Great for exploring Malta and surrounding. If you love being in a stylish surrounding, together with your family members or friends, That's the place to be!

Very well appointed property with a bakery just up the road in one direction and a corner shop in the other. Plus an excellent ice cream shop down by the seaside!Susan and Sunil (on site to book us in and clean) both very helpful.We did not have a car but parking would be difficult. We walked or used local taxi instead. Easy to get around.

Beautiful Property

Overall, we had a great stay. Communication was excellent and any issues that we had were addressed. The house itself was clean and was arranged nicely. The amenities were wonderful and accommodating. The location was near many things to see and do: waterfront, restaurants, landmarks, and shops.

The best of Malta!

The location was fantastic! A short walk to beaches, transportation, restaurants, historic sights. The amenities and comfort in the house were fantastic. The multiple levels in the house allow for time to unwind in separate spaces. Malta is a unique island and this house is equally unique and a gem.

Thanks Stephanie - Malta is Magical and I'm so happy that the Townhouse, which is a restored gem of Art Deco Archicture, set in the historical urban conservation zone is a marvel. I some times feel like I've stepping back in time and can imagine the hey deys of the 1930's yet with all the benefits of luxury modern living. Come back soon or try another EspaisRoca property.

Exceptional

Absolutely exceptional, best place I've ever stayed. Right from the start the host was wonderful with detailed communication, suggestions of places to visit and incredibly quick to answer any questions. House was stunning - it was beautifully decorated and furnished, incredibly comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect, nice and quiet but so easy to get to everything nearby.

Brilliant stay in Sliema

Aster House was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and so well thought out. It felt homely and perfect for our family holiday. The entire process leading up to our stay was wonderful, Susan is the best. We will absolutely book one of Susan’s homes on our next family adventure. Sunil was very thorough on our check in and came and made it perfect for us everyday. What a lovely touch. Thanks for having us x

Beautiful house in Sliema

Really enjoyed staying in Aster House. Beautiful renovation within fairly easy walking distance of everything you need. Worked very well for 2 couples. Very well setup in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet area. Can't fault it and I've stayed in a lot of properties over the years. You do need to be ok with stairs as the living rooms are on the top floor - 3rd floor

Thanks so much Joanne - the townhouse is just a beautiful example of 1930’s art deco architecture restored for luxury modern living - we even won the award for the best restoration from the government ! It’s a privilege to look after this price of history for future generations, perfectly located for all the best places to eat in Balluta Bay and a short walk to the Sliema Ferry for Valletta, and only 150m to the sea and th Sliema promenade and beach. The most luxurious accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Quiet location within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Stunning period features with modern facilities and huge comfy beds. The attention to every detail is exceptional. We loved the roof terrace. Susan was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions and requests. Ideal for groups of adults, lots of space for everyone to relax alone or together. Book it!

Great Location

We couldn't have asked for a better location and set up for our party of 8. When going to a city that you know nothing about, it's nice to know that the description of the property is spot on. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and grab a Bolt (Uber in Malta) to anything that wasn't walking distance. The house manager was in constant communication. We would definitely recommend this property.

You´re lucky if you can stay there :)

We´ve had a very warm welcome. The house offers everything one could need. Spacious, bright, very clean and very well maintained. Looks even better than on the pictures. Quiet neighbourhood but still right in the middle. Best holiday home experience by far. Thanks to Susan and her team.

Stunning property

Beautifully styled and well appointed modern house with original touches such as the beautiful tiled floors. The rooftop is an awesome place to watch the sun go down.Located in a beautiful street a short walk to the beach and surrounded by small local shops like a butcher and bakery. Restaurants are about a ten minute walk. Communication with the host Susan is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. One of the very best properties in Malta.
