Relax House at Selinunte Beach

The cottage is located in a quiet area, 3 km from the “Pineta” beach in Marinella di Selinunte. Pineta is known as one of the most beautiful yellow-sand beaches in the region. At the port of Selinunte, you’ll also find many restaurants and small shops. The shopping area is only 6 km from the house (Conad, Lidl, Eurospin, Centesimo, Terranova...).<br><br>The total area of the house, including covered and uncovered terraces, is approximately 80 m², featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, one double bed (the mattress is very comfortable), and two bunk beds. There is a large, sunny terrace surrounded by a spacious garden. The garden is completely fenced in, so dogs are welcome. There is a separate shower and toilet with a sink. Pets allowed.<br>In front of the house is a large private parking area surrounded by a garden and featuring a fountain. The property is fenced. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a smart TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and all cooking utensils.<br><br>The house is located 3 km from the beautiful Selinunte Archaeological Park—Greek Temples. Falcone Borcellino International Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Mazara del Vallo, Sciacca, and Tre Fontane are all a 20-minute drive away.
