The accommodation has 2 very spacious terraces, one of which is equipped with outdoor furniture and the possibility of isolating the environment making it a plasticized veranda if necessary! The apartment is located 4km from Milan-Linate Airport and a short distance from the "Monzino Cardiological Center" and the "Milano-Forlanini" train station which takes you to the city center in just 15 minutes by train!
The apartment of about 50 square meters is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and has all the main comforts! It is composed of an entrance hall with a living room with a sofa bed, a desk and a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a traditional oven and a microwave, an electric oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The parquet bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. From both rooms you can access the large terrace with plants, chairs and outdoor table! Toilet with bathtub and bidet. There is also a second terrace with a drying rack and an external wardrobe.
