Honestly, truly one of the best vacations I have had with my family

The views were amazing, the accommodations were large and comfortable. Property manager responded in appropriate time to any questionsrequests. Some of the little things like coffee, tea sugar, salt and pepper would have helped. And I only say this bc we paid a premium. However, that’s simply advice, and very inexpensive to facilitate.

To get to there you have walk up lots of stairs and that is fine except the stairs going up to put place had broken stairs and construction. We could not open the washer and tried calling the 2 different people listed as the “contact” and no one got back to us. We ended up having to laundry in the shower. The door to the main bathroom does not work very good and I got stuck inside in for 5 mins. Horrible!!

Thank you for your feedback Kelly. We are very sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would first like to apologize for the issue with the washing machine. Unfortunately, the appliance had an unexpected malfunction during your stay. A new washing machine has now been ordered and replaced to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience. Regarding the access to the villa, as indicated in the listing description, Villa Anna is located in one of Positano’s historic hillside areas, which are characterized by traditional pedestrian pathways and stairs typical of the town. However, guests can conveniently access the property using the public municipal elevator, which operates daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM and stops close to the villa, followed by approximately 30 steps to reach the entrance. Unfortunately, any temporary maintenance or construction work in the surrounding public areas is outside of our control. We are also sorry to hear about the issue with the bathroom door and the difficulty reaching our team during your stay. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we have already followed up internally to improve communication and maintenance checks. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve both the property and our guest experience. Kind regards, Amore Rentals

Accommodation was lovely. Fantastic view. But lots of steps and hills to climb to get to it. You will get your exercise for sure.

Amazing place

Amazing place. High up with fantastic views but not suitable for the elderlyinfirm, otherwise would highly recommend to anyone who likes peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. The Beech is a steep walk down to but enjoyable for all ages with plenty of restaurants and shops. My family ranged from age late fifties to middle twenties and we all had a wonderful holiday.

Nice place, lots of stairs!

Beautiful place! It is about a 30-40 minute walk all the way down to the beach. Coming back from the beach, you can take a bus to the main road closest to the apartment but it is still a 10-15 minute walk to the apartment itself and is uphill with lots of stairs. Our host was very nice and very helpful with recommendations!

Very nice Apartment situated in a central area

Very nice Apartment situated in a central area. Very clean place.The place is renovated and quite modern. Very spacious. The view is very pleasant. It’s definitely nice to sit on the terrace and enjoy a glass of vine. We loved staying at this place. The price was very good. it’s located next to many nice restaurants with wonderful food and view. We would stay there again! Thank you!

The Host Anna, was accommodating and always contacted us if we had any questionsconcerns. She arranged to store our luggage as we arrived a few hours early. That allowed us to tour and make use of our time rather than having to guardcarry our luggage. This was a huge help as time was not wasted. The villa was immaculate and the view as the ad shows is stunning. We highly recommend this location and would rent it here again. Thanks, Anna for making our stay a PERFECT ONE !!!!

Wonderful modern home that is very clean and has fantastic views. Just be warned that Positano has MANY steps and this location is no exception so try to plan your days with as few back and forth trips as possible, the elderly and very young kids will be challenged. There is an elevator (1 Euro per person/per direction) that will help with getting you from street level, but there is a set of steps that are EXTRA high right before the apartment that you will want to be mindful of. They do offer help with luggage for a fee. The hosts were very accommodating with check in and communicating.

Cute, great service, substandard location and accommodation

To enter this property, you walk through one family’s patio and across another family’s porch. One of the beds sags precipitously in the middle. No extra toilet paper and two laundry pods total. The walls are so thin you hear everything from the unit next door. The local representative was lovely. The apartment looks attractive.
