500 m beach top ocean view (Wi-Fi)

It is located on the tenth and last floor and from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the El Saladar nature reserve: one of the last areas of the Canary Islands where plants able to survive the high tides and where many species of birds, squirrels and other animals.

The 37 sq.m studio apartment was completely renovated in November 2013. It has a terrace with table and chairs, a comfortable area with sofa, large double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe, large bathroom with shower, kitchenette with pantry, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster , Italian coffee maker and kettle. Included: satellite TV (Spanish, German, English, French, Dutch channels), safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, fan, welcome kit.

It has Wi-Fi and normally with good speed. However it may happen that the signal is not stable in relation to atmospheric conditions, since it is a satellite signal. Furthermore the connection is limited: 8GB per week at maximum speed, it is sufficient to browse and use e-mail, but NOT to download videos and music.

The building has an elevator, but you have to walk up the last three floors.
