Welcome to our two bedroom two bathroom property is located at the north end of Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from your private lanai, with the sand and shore just steps from your door. Property is located next to Bowditch Park, just a short walk to Time Square, the pier, local restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. Free WiFi is available.

The property was situated very nicely next to the park on the north side of the island. Quiet and relaxing, we were able to watch the boats and people in our area. Our condo building was busy but it was not overwhelming with people. The pool was lovely and warm! I missed a call while we were flying south and did not realize the code for the door had been changed. The host company was available and helpful as soon as we arrived. They answered our questions quickly. The only problem was we could never get the main tv to work properly. We would return here without question.

There was a full view of the beach. Can also see the boats passing between sanibel and fort myers beach. Rooms were clean.

Location and More!

Could not have asked for a better location or a place to stay. What a wonderful place, furnished completely with everything you would ever need and impeccably clean. And the location - beach at your doorstep, private pool, and the park next door. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing getaway

Exactly as described. Quiet end with a great view. The only issue was the guy below us decided to sit outside and cough which was very annoying all day long everyday!! So we elected to sit on the back patio!

Great responsiveness

When we arrived at 5pm Friday, our first day, the HVAC unit had stopped working. So we called Tripower property managers and told them about it and that we were leaving for dinner. They called twice while we were out to keep us informed, and we're able to have the tech fix it before we got home that evening. That's above and beyond service. They then followed up the next day as well. We will plan to come back again!

This condo worked great for me. It does not have views of the beach while sitting anywhere but you could see the beach when standing in the porch. I would suggest a bar height table and chairs to make the porch usable. I really was only in it to sleep. Furnishings are dated but were fine. I had my own pillows. I possibly would rent it again but for the price I would rent a two/two with a lanai that faced the beach. Overall all for one person it was good.

Family vacation

This property was located in a quiet area of the beach, but quick access to the square. The park is next door. Although if you plan on enjoying the park apply lots of bug spray!! The beach at the end of the island also has a very foul smell. The beach area by the unit was nice, calm and shallow. It would be great for small children. We were a little disappointed in the color and clarity. Being on the gulf side and seeing some other pictures and reviews we were under the impression the water was clearer and more of the blue colors. It is not..it’s more of what the locals described as a sweet tea color. The unit it’s self offered your basic supplies, was clean and comfortable. A bonus was having a washer and dryer in the unit! The views from the screened in balcony were perfect for watching the sunset. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels and 4 nice beach chairs. Unfortunately the beach umbrella was broken. The only downsides I found with the unit were there are no extras. Such as no spices, sprays or oils to cook with. Minimal amount of toilet paper. No trash bags, dish soaps and detergents. We were left with 2 dishwasher tabs, a tiny size container of dish soap, 2 packs of detergent and 2 rolls of tissue in each bathroom. While great full for those items. In the past when we have stayed the renters before would leave those extra supplies as would we as a curtesy for the next renters. Not sure if that’s not allowed or what happens to the items. Also on that note any beach items you want aside from chairs and towels and 1 bucket…you will have to buy. We left several items for the next renters to use. I hope they left for their use. That would be my only negative thoughts. Overall we had a great family trip. I would recommend this area and unit to others. Bonus the shelling was great after an evening storm!!

Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and a review for us. The property is located near Times Square, which is much fun to visit during a vacation. We did get heavy amounts of rain during the week of your vacation. Therefore, the water does become murky. We will look into the matter of the broken umbrella. As you mentioned, the unit does offer the basic supplies for entry. We hope you do return soon for more paradise on Fort Myers Beach and your right, after a storm, our beach is great for shelling.

Beach Getaway

We only live a couple hours north in the Sarasota area. This was our first post covid trip so we wanted somewhere to get away without being too far from home. The location was great, right on the beach and accessible to all of the Ft Myers Beach activities. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great family getaway.

Summer vacation

Overall great place to stay, the floor could have been cleaned much better it was leaving our feet dirty from the moment we walked in. Only other complaint is trash service woke us up every morning when they serviced the dumpsters at the neighboring park. Beach was beautiful and condo had all necessities for a great day at the beach.

Nicely Updated Property with access to Beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The bedding can use updating including the pillows. Also if you need access to the internet you should plan on bringing a hot spot....the internet was not on here and the property management was no help but overall we had a nice stay with our grandson,

Great location

This is an older building but the unit we stayed in has been updated and has a great view from each of the patios .

This was a wonderful bonus! The property itself was wonderful. I was a little unhappy with the property management company. We had a tragic event occur a few days before our trip. I reached out to the company and requested that they contact the owner to see if he would wave a few days off of our bill if we came late. They said they would ask, but they didn't call me back until the day I was actually at the airport ready to fly. The owner actually came to the condo the next day to do work, because he thought we weren't coming. I just feel like it was poor communication on their end. I would love to rent this condo again, but I would be hesitant to use TriPower Vacation Rentals.

This apartment its great place, nice, clean, silence, and contruble.

March 2019 Stay

This was a great unit. It was comfortable and loved being my the park. Having the beach right there was great and the convenience of the Tram to take us down by the shops and restaurants.
