This cozy one-bedroom basement efficiency apartment is all that one needs to stay Downtown Lawrenceburg near the entertainment district. It has a fenced in private drive and yard that backs up to the baseball fields, dog park, community center, and swimming pool. The Lawrenceburg Tigers play ball within a block away. The Lawrenceburg Speedway, Perfect North Slopes, Creation Museum, Ark, Hollywood Casino, Rising Star Casino, Go-cart racing, and other attractions are within minutes! It does not get any better than this for the traveler. The Ark, a sister museum to the Creation Museum, is in Williamstown, Kentucky and about 30 minutes away. Both facilities have zip-lining!

Great time! Great host! Amazing town!

Lisa was the quintessential hostess. And the town of Lawrenceburg was a delightful surprise. The street on which we stayed is in the heart of a walkable entertainment district with darling shops and outstanding restaurants ending in the beautiful Ohio River. The people are some of the friendliest I've met (and I'm from New Orleans) and we felt safe walking the streets, even at night. The apartment is dated but more than adequate for two sisters in town to see Noah's Arc and the Creation Museum. It's very clean and has everything we needed. Lisa was attentive to all our needs and available when we had questions. We're already planning another trip and want to bring along four additional sisters and rent out the whole place. Thanks, Lisa, for making our trip such a breath of fresh air. Lord willing, you'll see us again.

Location, location and flexible owner

Owner is very hospitable and flexible. Great communication. The rental space (on 2 separate floors) worked perfectly for our 2 families. I was so convenient to the Creation Museum, Cincinnati Airport, Ark Encounter and restaurants. Situated in the historic area of Lawrenceburg, you can be in Ohio or Kentucky in minutes! You can walk to in-town restaurants or ride a few minutes to just about anything you want. Additionally, owner brought over some bikes so we could ride along the OH river walk. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I treat customers the way that I would like to be treated. I like the comforts of home, undisturbed privacy, safety, value for my money, and quality of amenities and surroundings when I travel. For this reason, I offer all of the above to my clients. Short to long term stays are welcome in this furnished apartment that overlooks Todd Creech Memorial Park and is located in the Heart of the Downtown. We are only 20 minutes to Cincinnati and 10 to CVG. Lawrenceburg is such a great place to live, recreate, work, and raise a family. Come see us today.

Its economical, climate controlled, safe, comfortable, and has a nice shower and kitchen. One can walk to everything downtown. What else is there?
