Sandy Key 825 is situated on the 8th floor of the center tower of this 3-building resort. This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit offers an open concept layout connecting the living area, dining area and kitchen into one comfortable space. The resort is adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore- a federally protected stretch of undeveloped coastline with tons of recreation available- from biking, hiking, swimming, camping, bird watching, or simply exploring the park's natural beauty.

The living room offers plenty of seating, including a plush sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa and loveseat, two additional cushioned chairs, a huge flat screen HDTV and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while lounging on your expansive balcony and overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. You'll enjoy preparing your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen featuring a dining area that seats 4, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

The elegantly appointed beachfront master suite will allow you to catch up on some much needed rest and relaxation, hosting a king bed with a premium mattress set, a large picture window with amazing views of the gulf, full ensuite bath with walk-in shower and beachfront balcony access! The guest bedroom offers two full beds with luxurious linens, deluxe bedding and an adjoining bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows this unit to accommodate up to 6 guests! Avoid the inconvenience of carrying beach items up and down stairs or elevators with the unit's exclusive personal storage area on the first floor. As another bonus, a full size washer and dryer is included!

Great location!

Perfect location!!! Love the gated community, private beach, and overall amenities. The only issue we ran into is the refrigerator not dispensing water. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful condo

Condo was exactly like the pictures! It was very clean! The view was perfect and the condo was stocked with all the necessities. The property is well taken care of. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

The weather was perfect. Condo was nice, but I think it needs to be updated. Lighting is very dim. Overall, location, beach, and complex was nice.

Will be back!

The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. Sandy Key is located near the east end of Perdido Key which means the beach was less crowded. It also helps that it's 3 different buildings no higher than 8 floors. This means fewer people on a much widder spread of beach.

Perfect spot on the beach!

2 words....AWESOME SAUCE!!!! We booked very late (1day in advance) but when we arrived the condo was immaculate and ready for occupancy. The furniture and beds were oh so comfortable. Kitchen had everything and the 8th floor view made for beautiful sunsets and sunrise views. Condo is truly steps from the beach. Staff is courteous and accommodating. We will definitely return. A Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Key room 825. The view was amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked. I was also very pleased with the size of the condo! We had six people and never felt crowded. The balcony is also very nice with plenty of room and seating. If I had any complaint it would be the check in process. I wish we could get a key on site or have a door code to use instead of having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off keys and check in and out. But overall, a great condo and would definitely go back!

Clean and Centrally Located

Property as listed! Clean, good condo, and centrally located. Very family friendly and beaches are nice and best part, not crowded. My only request for next time would be to leave filters for coffee pots. I understand having to bring your own TP and such… but coffee filters aren’t something I would’ve thought to grab. And unfortunately didn’t realize there were none until I woke up very ready for some coffee. Small thing but big need, ha.

Perdido Key.

We had a great time on this trip. Our original booking was cancelled unexpectedly about a month before our trip. We were given the option to cancel trip with full refund or re-book someplace else. We were given about 8 options to consider within our price range. We opted for one in the area had booked and were not disappointed. Everyone was very helpful and we were given a slightly more expensive option at a discounted price. While it was stressful being cancelled so near the time everything was resolved very quickly. My emailed questions were answered within an hour and sometimes minutes. I have nothing but praise for everyone I dealt with.

Clean, Beautiful Condo

This is a very lovely condo. It is very clean and updated. The only thing it didn't have was a Keurig coffee maker. But, we knew that before our stay and brought our own. Other than that, it had all the pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and measuring instruments we needed to make our own meals. The master bed is very firm, too firm for me. That being said, I slept very well every single night and my back felt wonderful. We were not there to sleep anyway. We have stayed in another unit at Sandy Key within the last 10 years and it was noticeable that Sandy Key has made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the buildings. This felt like a much more luxurious stay this year. We were very impressed by the decor and felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Beach retreat

Property somewhat dated. Needs updating. I stayed here in 2018 and place was immaculate. I think the present cleaning crew should be changed. Little things left undone. Sheets inside out, bath cloths from previous guests still in shower etc. Shower frame door in the master bath literally falling down. Bar stool in kitchen needed repair. Fortunately maintenance was very responsive and issues were quickly resolved. Could have been cleaned better and needs update but the view and location in the condo building was spectacular for sunset and sunrise viewing. Everything else was as expected.
